it was to get evaluated for a new motorize wheelchair Everyone was GREAT
The whole team was excellent. This was the absolute best visit with a provider I've had to date. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and caring.
Dr. Dicianno and his staff are all great. They go beyond the usual to help and make you feel as if you are important to them. They listen and so all they can to make life easier.
My provider made me feel confident that I am receiving the best care possible. He was thorough and covered every aspect of my care and my needs. He answered all my questions. He addressed all my needs.
The team approach they've developed is exemplary. They effectively addressed a number of ongoing issues.

Dr Brad E Dicianno and the staff of the Spina Bifida Clinic are excellent providers and alway are able to give me the information I need to make the best health care decisions for my life.

I had a very good visit with the doctor. He is always on top of my condition and treatment.
I always like going down to mercy because they always take the time to listen to their paitents unlike any other health provider.
overall a good visit
the provider was great. the wheelchair is awful. it's poor quality, breaks down repeatedly but the provider is perfect.
My appointment with Dr. Dicianno and his team was my first time visiting the Spina Bifida clinic. I was somewhat apprehensive. Dr. Dicianno and his team put me at ease. I was amazed at their level of professionalism and the care they displayed in understanding my concerns. My health literacy is not stupendous, but they overcame this by carefully explaining everything to me in ways I could understand. It's been my experience in the past that the low price elasticity of demand for health care takes away from a doctor's willingness and/or ability to spend a great deal of time trying to understand a patient with limited health care knowledge who is trying explain a health concern. This might take the form of a seemingly uncaring attitude on the part of the doctor (in extreme cases) to maybe a slight undertone of pretentiousness in less extreme cases. None of this was the case during my visit with Dr. Dicianno and his team. Throughout the entire visit, I felt that they truly cared about finding the best method to deal with my issues. They took a large amount of time to explain things to me, and they also spent a large amount of time in listening to and answering my questions. At no time did I feel like a customer and them the provider of a service in an economic sense. I felt like a patient and, to me, they seemed like a caring group of extremely competent professionals who would do whatever they could to help me deal with my issues. This visit had the potential to be the most humiliating and frightening interaction I have ever had with a health care provider. Dr. Dicianno and his team made it the most positive. I left feeling more hopeful for the future than I have in the last 6 years.
All the people l meet were very nice & helpful in helping me get a new power chair because of my cerebral palsy so l can move around better also very professional thank you very much
Dr. Dicianno is the best I couldn't be happier with him
My visits are always good. The doctor always gives great advice.
Dr. Dicianno is very knowledgeable about my health issues. He explains things in an easy to understand manner.
happy with everything
Dr. Dicianno is by far my favorite doctor that I visit. He takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel like I have all of the tools that I need to effectively manage my health. More than that, he is a great person and he always remembers to ask me about things that I told him about my life at our previous appointments, even if they were a year ago. I would recommend him to anyone and I think that he is the epitome of what it means to be a great doctor.
