very pleased with our doctor.
went out of her way to fit us in and very effecient
Dr Earle was very thorough. I was very satisfied with the time spent with my child.
We were very happy with our visit and the course of action the Dr. is taking to find out what is wrong with our son.
She was very kind, listened to all we had to say, great appointment
The doctor was very thorough. She spent a great deal of time gathering all the medical history to assist her in her treatment plan. She explained things to my grandchild as she was doing them. This was our first visit with Gastro and I was very impressed.
I was hoping to get more clarity from my visit. I had to take off work to see the specialist. I had to go over issues, symptoms that I had already written and discussed and which was already in her medical history. I understand that the doctor needs to have information, but a lot of the questions were ones that should have been faxed from her Pediatrician.... which I asked to be specifically faxed. In my visit, I was recommended the same advice as the Pediatrician. I was hoping for an Ultrasound on her stomach bc she was born with a small stomach and this is my concern for why she is having issue. I was given zero closure and I feel like now I have to spend more of my time seeking out help. The Provider was kind and concerned, but did not offer advice that I didn't already know.
I have had some bad experiences trying to get some help about my child's developmental issues but this woman Carol Evans Helped me sort some things out.
Dr. Carol Earl was very nice and actually cares about the child. We will be making the hour plus trip back to see her again. She made our 5 year old daughter feel comfortable.
The PA my son saw (Carol) was fantastic. I am very thankful for her time.
I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early to the apt, which I did. I wasn't seen until 40 minutes after the apt time. this is very frustrating
I understand appointments get behind, but I thought it was great that our provider did not rush, she took her time and listened us
Carol was very thorough with her exam and spent a lot of time with us.
Dr. Earl is probably the best experience in the medical history we've had of visits ever! She spends so much time listening, asking questions, examining the patient, & giving her professional, medical opionion/advice. Our pediatrician do not give as thorough of an exam to my kids each year as Dr. Earl did. She is excellent!!!!!!!!!
Carol Earl has terrible bedside manner. She does not seem to listen to your concerns about your child, speaks in a condescending manner and does not explain testing, diagnosis or treatment effectively. I am a very well educated adult and this is how I felt and I cannot imagine how less educated parents feel when they have appointments with her. I will absolutely not see her again!
I am thankful that we were able to see Carol Earl. She was patient and attentive, two things any parent needs when their child is concerned, but especially when their child is not feeling well.
Carol was fantastic!
We were very satisfied with Carol Earl. She was very thorough and made my 16 year old at ease after learning that he may have Celiac Disease.
The nurse who did my daughter's weight, length, heart rate, etc. was extremely professional, friendly and seemed to have a wonderful bedside manner and was very gentle. (I believe her name is Kristen.) My husband and I had difficulty making sense of what the child care provider was talking about at certain points. it seemed as though she talked in circles often. At the end of the appointment, she finally realized that our daughter was using Alimentum (after we'd told her twice) but she was writing that shewas using Advance so we had to stay a little longer to discuss things again. We had a positive experience, overall.
