Waited over an hour past our appointment time.
Dr John is the best.
very good Dr.John is Awesome
Dr John is an excellent doctor who treats his patients with respect, caring, and guidance that is needed.
We traveled 30 minutes to see Dr. John. He is the best!
we love it here ! very pleased with the entire office.
very good visit. very thorough
Dr. John is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients and their families as well. He has been such a wonderful doctor for our family.
Dr. John was very respectful and thorough during our visit.
Dr. John is very friendly and knowledgeable. He made my daughter feel very comfortable during her exam. He was timely and efficient.
We love Dr. John! He explains things clearly and listens closely. I wish he was at the Wexford office more so we could see him regularly!
very friendly and thorough
Wonderful provider, always has been !
Our only concern is that we were told that our daughter could start taking the antibiotics and return to school that same afternoon. She had been running a fever around 101.7. We have to wonder if this sort of advice is contributing to more children getting ill at school more frequently. School policies state that children should stay home from school for 24 hours after starting a medication and also be fever free without ibuprofen/acetaminophen for 24 hours those policies are in place for a reason.
the appointment with Dr. John was the most satisfying and comfortable one I have had since I go there.
above and beyond excellent
Dr. John is by far my favorite UPMC pediatrician that we have been to so far. He is so kind and thorough. I wish we could see him every visit!
He is absolutely the best; extremely helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. Plus, he took the time to explain everything and really seemed to care genuinely about my son's complete health and well-being.
Excellent dr who takes time to get to know you!
dr John is excellent he is very up to date in all health matters and has a very positive approach with my son
Dr Chad John is a wonderdul Dr. The way he approaches a kid during a visit is great, he makes sure the child is comfortable before he is seen, I would surely recommend him to everyone who has a kid
I will never see Dr Eric again! I will even call to ensure he is not the provider I would see for walk in and if he would be I'd go as far as to travel to another location. I brought my son in bc he had a fever and was not eating I thought strep never did dr Eric mention this could be flu or even test him for it. I asked about him being contagious bc he has 2 brothers and we were having a birthday party. dr Eric said it was just a virus. so far 4/5 of us have gotten the flu! this could have been prevented I feel. I am furious with this dr and will not recommend the practice due to him. I feel that he didn't listen or ask questions or this would've been tested for. I assumed flu was vomiting he definitely knew better. poor doctor!!!
We absolutely love Dr. John and try to schedule with him whenever possible. We appreciate how down to earth and calm he is.
We were very happy with Dr. John! We have only seen him one other time in the years we have been going to this office and he was absolutely wonderful!
dr John seemed to really care and did not rush thru my sons visit. this was our first time to the practice and we were very pleased. everyone was friendly and professional.
Dr John listened to what me and my son had to say, and although he is not one of the drs my son normally sees, he had a good grasp on his medical history.
Dr. John was wonderful!
Dr John was very patient and thorough. Very nice. liked him a lot.
the provider is good.
I really appreciated that the staff was able to accommodate my request that my daughter also receive a flu shot during the appointment.
The visit answered all of our questions and helped us feel at ease as first time parents of a newborn.
I am so happy with this staff . Haveng seen Dr John in years with my kids and I will request to see him on all their well check ups. He is fantastic.
good check-up - good talk with doctor regarding teenagers
Dr. John is a FANTASTIC doctor. He is so supportive and helpful, kind and patient, knowledable and easy to talk with!!
dr. john went above and beyond with our visit. compared to most
Dr. John is always wonderful, we love seeing him!
dr John is the best!!
the only thing i objected to was the doctor asking my 6-year old if she did extracurricular activities, then explaining to me how important these are for children. When money is very tight, these extras become less realistic, and made for yet another difficult discussion with my child after the appointment.
He was friendly and efficient. This was my 18 year old checkup.
The Dr was very thorough and had a few very good and appropriate conversations with my teenage son a about depression, peer pressure, sex and other issues. I don't know if this is normal at a check up at this age but I was extremely impressed with this Dr and the issues that he brought up. This ended up being a very valuable appointment and opened the door for further discussion on these topics with my son. Great job!
Dr. John is the absolute best! I trust him with my child's healthcare and have the utmost respect for him!
Dr. John has been very helpful in further understanding the difficulties our son has with focusing. He was also very informative about the HPV vaccine and how it can benefit our child.
We love the SF office. Everyone is always very helpful and they are quick to see your child. I don't remember seeing doctor John before (typically see one of the Kramers) but he was great with my son and very helpful in giving ideas on how to deal with my son's eczema. That's not even what we were there for but he noticed it and gave some other ideas we haven't tried yet on how to treat it. Great experience and I have recommended the practice numerous times to friends and co-workers.
Excellent as always
Dr John is terrific. We appreciate his patience and his wisdom. he really cares about our well being. He's a gift
