The nurse was really wonderful and handled the vaccination well (and the aftermath!) Dr. Wolfson is fantastic and not only answered our questions but also brought up some really insightful/important topics that were important for us to consider.
I have 1000% trust in Dr. Wolfson's perspective and advice. We've been seeing him since my son was born and appreciate his depth of knowledge of and on-going engagement with my son. He even knows his ultimate frisbee terminology!
Excellence in care and conduct.
Dr David Wolfson is top quality pediatrician. Our son has been seeing him for 17yrs. Very professional, knowledgable, compassionate and respectable towards patient and parents. Highly recommended!
Since this was a well check, I felt that we needed more time. The doctor seemed to want to wrap it up but I still had questions. I don't often come to the doctor unless my child is very ill so I use the well check to ask questions that while not critical, are still important - questions that I've been wanting to ask for a while but I wait until the well check. So I would have preferred more time. Otherwise, I will start scheduling additional office visits to ask these questions, which I don't want to do.
Dr. Wolfson has been an excellent care provider. He is attentive, thorough and reassuring.
i have 4 kids so i have been going there for 29 yrs. i love dr wolfson and for the most part all of the providers..love the new physicians assistant as well
My son refused to stand on the scale and the nurse obliged and just weighed myself with my son and then subtracted mine in order to minimize the drama that it was going to create. Also, Dr. Wolfson is always very prompt and shows a great deal of concern for my son and we always do follow-ups from the previous check-up which shows me that he actually cares and remembers what we discussed.
excellent care all around.
Dr. Wolfson was compassionate and shared information to help educate us about our baby. It was clear that he has years of experience with newborns. I would be extremely happy to see him again!
Great provider! Few words and lots of information!
Always very pleased with the care my daughter receives from this practice which is why I never transferred her to a practice closer to our home.
The doctor was running behind that day but during our visit, he was very engaged in the reason for our appointment (med check) and helped us to work through some decisions. Dr. Wolfson has been a great resource for us.
Dr Wolfson is great with our kids!
Dr. Wolfson is one of the best among a team of already exceptional physicians. We appreciate him, the other physicians, and nursing staff at CCP.
very good experience.
He called the next day to check in which was very impressive
Dr. Wolfson was excellent in helping take care of my daughters pain. He explained things very clearly and the medication he recommended took care of the problem.
Dr. Wolfsen has always been good with all of my children.
Very thorough respectful caring and great doctor! (David Wolfson.) Our son has been his patient for almost 17 years.
My husband brought my child to this visit, so I was not a direct observer, but he did take pictures. My 4yo son was nervous about this appointment because he'd had a very sick belly for a week, so we told him he could bring his own toy doctor's kit from home and before the Dr gave him a checkup, he would be able to give the Dr a checkup. Thank goodness that Dr Wolfson played along. This completely calmed my child down and allowed Dr Wolfson to palpitate my son's stomach, which for a week he wouldn't let any of us even touch. Dr. Wolfson let my son take his temperature with his toy thermometer, he let him put a plastic "bandage" on his arm, and the Dr showed my son the proper way to use his toy stethoscope. The pictures are priceless. I do not EVER take these surveys after appointments, but I had to do this one - I hope he gets to see this. Thank you Dr Wolfson for making my son's day.
I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Wolfson. We just love him! I am so happy and thankful we were referred to him by multiple people.
Dr. Wolfson is wonderful. He is thoughtful, caring, and so smart. He makes my son and I feel so "known" and understood. Even though I have moved out of Squirrel Hill, I will still travel the 30 minute commute to see him, despite having excellent pediatricians closer to my new home.
Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable:)
Dr. Wolfson was fantastic- patient and thorough and eased this worried mother's mind. The assistant we saw prior to Dr. W was also very lovely and spoke to my son at length about his interest in maps. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!
Dr. Wolfson has a wonderful way of communicating with my sons. He is warm, caring and has a nice sense of humor. We really feel very lucky to have a pediatrician like Dr. Wolfson who has been with us every step of the way.
We love Dr Wolfson and are very satisfied with the practice.
Everything was excellent. Absolutely.
Dr. Wolfson is a wonderful provider. I have never had a negative experience with Dr. Wolfson and he always makes my young daughters feel at ease.
The doctor was very friendly and made me comfortable to talk. He explained carefully about her immunization process until I understood. I felt very greatful.
He was very thorough in examination and was very patient with our concerns
Bass-Wolfson has been fantastic at every turn.
Always the best attentive care and willingness to answer any questions or concerns.
Dr Wolfson is the best at what he does...he is a gifted physician who seems to honestly enjoy what he does. Nurse Melissa Hanlon was excellent as always. We love Bass-Wolfson and all or our children receive care there.
I love how the doctors interact with the children and seem to pay attention to the parents and their concerns.
I was very pleased with the care, sensitivity, perspective and expertise of the provider.
We are very pleased with Dr. wolfson, he takes are of all 5 of our children, he relates to them well and talks with them and always has plenty of time for us and ensures we are satisfied. we would highly recommend him.
This was our first peds visit for our newborn son. As physicians, we both had some questions and some expertise / familiarity that made us particularly suited to evaluate this practice and Dr. Wolfson's clinical acumen, communication and rapport building ability, and humanism / professionalism. We are highly impressed with this practice which came recommended by a family friend who is also a pediatrician who sends her own children here. We are grateful to have found this practice and these providers and are confident that they will provide our son the best care possible.
I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Wolfson. we called about the issue in advance and were advised that we could come in to address it during walk-in hours if it was convenient. I was concerned that I might feel rushed, but that was not at all the case. Dr. Wolfson took all the time we needed, listened carefully to me and related so nicely to my daughter. We are never disappointed in our experience at Bass-Wolfson and this visit was no exception.
Dr. Wolfson reminds me of my own pediatrician who is still (42years later) oft quoted by my family. In the same way we trust Dr. Wolfson completely and I recommend him often to friends.
The front office has been wonderfully cordial and helpful. The support nursing staff have been responsive and efficient. Dr. Wolfson is a total package of warmth, knowledge and professional expertise; answering questions, telephone calls and concerns with compassion and follow-through.
This was a well check visit and since my son had been healthy over the year, we hadn't seen the doctor in 12 months. I did have a number of things I wanted to talk/ask about and while I felt like my son was fully examined, I still felt rushed a bit at the end and wished I had a little bit more time.
He seemed a little rushed at our last visit, did not do a thorough exam -- but my child is in good health so perhaps he felt it was unnecessary.
Dr. Wolfson was great and really answered all of our questions and show a great deal of concern for our child. He gave us a game plan moving forward, which was extremely helpful.
David Wolfson is a gem. He has been there for our kids in all kinds of medical emergencies and really made the difference in the care that they have gotten and in guiding them back toward good health when they have had health challenges.
Dr. Wolfson was especially good at describing my son's growth. My son is very self-conscious about his weight and Dr. Wolfson spoke to him with a lot of sensitivity and in very positive terms. Dr. Wolfson focused on his eating habits and level of activity. I could tell my son was relieved at the end of the visit, and encouraged to keep taking good care of his body, and looking forward to the growth spurt that Dr. Wolfson assured him would be in his future. Overall a very positive experience for the boy that dreads getting weighed. Thank you -- it was a positive experience for both of us.
Due to moves and other issues, I've taken my son to numerous doctors over the years. My child and I both love Dr. Wolfson -- he is our favorite doc to date, and we're grateful to have found him! He is kind, practical, knowledgeable and thorough, and we trust him with all the health issues we've brought to him.
Dr. Wolfson is just outstanding. Every contact he has had with me and my children has been a wonderful experience. He is certainly called to this profession and we are so lucky to have him. I would recommend him and this practice to anyone looking for comprehensive care for their family.
dr David is fantastic - all physicians in cccc are!
