We love Dr. Rajan. She is always very courteous and never talks down to us, like some other doctors. Our child having epilepsy has been scary, but Dr. Rajan makes it better, with her excellent care!!
Dr Rajan is amazing! She does so well with our 8 year old. Gets down to her level and talks with her
Absolutely wonderful! Very considerate and caring.
dr Rajan was ver professional but caring and compassionate. very satisfied with our visit
I had a very quick and thorough appoinment with the doctors
Dr. Rajan is an excellent doctor and care giver. she takes her time to explain things so that we understand. Also, she is very willing to go out of her way to ensure that our daughter is cared for and given the services, tests, assistance needed to ensure she is safe and getting the medical attention she needs in dealing with her epilepsy and austism.
very quick acted as if my concerns weren't valid told me my daughter was not disabled compared to a servealy disabled child even tho she does not have complete mobility in her arm to do a simple task as to put her hair in a ponytail
We are so pleased to have Dr. Rajan as a doctor for our son. She has been absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond for our family.
I have nothing good to say about this appointment or the way my daughter was treated. she was scheduled for a 2:20 appointment and we arrived 15 minutes early as advised. we were left in the waiting room for 2 hours!! She then was seen by a Physician assistant and given the exam by her at 4:15. considering the amount of money I am spending on this visit, I should have been informed my daughter would not be examined by Dr Rajan.
Excellent patient care and compassion for my son's physical and mental health
Dr. Rajan is wonderful. She always takes so much time with us and makes sure that all of our questions are answered. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner.
she was great, as was the PA that we saw, they took time and listened to my daughter and I, and we left feeling that it was well worth the 4 hour round trip to be seen there!
Dr. Rajan is very caring and informative . She carefully explains things and discusses the pros and cons to fully understand care options.
Dr. Rajan is amazing in all ways. We adore her and appreciate her attention to our girl.
The provider was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient and never felt rushed. We did have to wait for a bit, but that is a good thing because that shows that she takes the time with each patient. We left very happy with everything Thank you!
even though we had to wait. we were told in advance the doctor was behind and she apologized as soon as she came in. I feel that this was acceptable and doesn't change my opinion of the doctor. the doctor was wonderful. she listens to our concerns and I feel she is treating my daughter with expert care and knowledge for the situation. I wish more doctors listen like she does. she's not quick to give you meds and get you out the door. she cares and I feel confident that we get my daughter condition under control
All of the folks in the neurology department are amazing.
She didn't review any of the genetic lab results with me. That's what I was there for. She was very rude. She walked in the room.
Dr performed a extremely complete neurological exam. Doctor was respectful and thorough.
dr Rajan is amazing
The staff and Dr were awesome! The Dr was very nice and listened to everything we had to say, Her bedside manner was great and she was very caring and compassionate. I would absolutely refer her to anyone! I wish more Drs were as caring as she is
Dr. Rajan listened more than any other doctor at UPMC.
Wonderful experience. Dr. Rajan was very patient with my child even during meltdowns and showed great concern for proper treatment and diagnosis.
The doctor was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on how to control my daughters headache
I felt that Dr. Rajan did not care to understand my child's issues or my concerns. She spent 10-15 minutes with us and did not do a thorough exam. She dismissed me when speaking. I am highly disappointed in our experience.
very good
for the first time in a long time we have found a wonder neurologist who was so gentle and patient with my son and the staff was incredible as well that usually does not happen so we are very pleased with this office!
This was a yearly follow up, we received excellent care
