All good - since my child was 14 gave her option and she was seen by Elise when I was not in the room but she did take time to answer questions afterward. My child commented that she appreciated how Elise took time with her and explained what was going on.
we always have the best care and attention for both my daughters thank you.
everything is always great
I really like this doctor however she seemed rushed today; she did not say goodbye and forgot to give us a script for an ultrasound.
I felt we were able to express our concerns about my son with follow-up visit and Elysse was listening and reacted to our concerns..
I brought my daughter in to the walk-in clinic for ear pain that had been going on for 5 days. Her ears were clear, and my daughter had no complaints of a sore throat. I tried to explain that I had started allergy meds, but Ellyse interrupted me and obviously didn't want my input. She ordered a strep test and didn't ask me if I agreed to one or give me time to question if that was necessary. I was pretty certain the strep test was unnecessary because my daughter's symptoms didn't align with strep. The MA did the strep test, and came back and said, "It's negative. You can leave." There was no input being offered as to what was actually going on. So, I said to the MA, "We have no closure or understanding of what is actually going on." It was clear that I was annoying her, but she told me she would send Ellyse back in. Ellyse did come back in and gave me some thoughts and answered my questions, which was helpful at the end. But, the demeanor and lack of dialogue prior to that time was shocking and certainly not what I have known during my prior visits to CCP.
the office staff are always extremely friendly and helpful . We never have to wait long
The entire staff at this office is fantastic - doctors, nurses, office clerks. Everyone is so warm and friendly and they are so fast to check you in and be seen by the doctor. I have been coming here since I was a baby and I am so happy to bring my children here.
it was exceptional as usual
This was the second visit to this office in the last two weeks. Last week he had a cold and basically I was just there to get the doctors excuse for school. This week I was actually concerned about his barking cough and the doctor just blew me off because his cough isn't constant. I asked her when to send him back to school and she said tomorrow if he doesn't have a fever. My son is 5 he has autism and I am not sending him to school with a barking cough fever or no fever. Her assistant was the only one who listened to his chest. she didn't ask him to cough so she could hear the barking. I am just really not happy with her care. I felt like she treated me like a crazy mom. I know my kid and now today his cough is worse he is still running a fever and I have to take him to be looked at again.
great docs, great nurses and all-around wonderful service(s)
The doctor/practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned and/or interested in my son's health.
The time spent with our provider felt rushed. As I was attempting to speak to say things in regards to my child during our visit, I was cut off, then rushed to end the visit. This didn't settle well with me as I left the building.
I brought my daughter in for an emergency visit. An X-ray was ordered...of course I was told to go to Childrens in Monroeville...the fact that it opened at 5pm and I sat outside for 1.5 hours. Then I didn't even receive a call that night, a nurse called me in the morning with a response I was not happy with. Needless to say I had to take my daughter back for another Xray (less than 24 hours later). I am not happy with this provider or medical practice. To make matters worse the ER doctor had to diagnose my daughter...this is awful. My daughter is almost 2 and can not communicate what is wrong...I am disgusted how this situation was handled.
I appreciated the on-line survey that my son was asked to complete during the check-in process regarding his emotional state, support system and suicide. I think this is a wonderful pro-active reaction to all of the recent school mass violence and suicides by making sure your patients/children are well supported. This gives a great opportunity for a child to reach out for help if they need support!
Every experience we have had with Dr. Elysse Leriotis has been wonderful. She knows how to manage the little ones, keeping them engaged so she can efficiently and effectively check them for their illnesses. Our son really seems to enjoy her when she is the Provider we meet with. Dr. Leriotis spends the right amount of time to discuss what she sees that day, what to expect potentially in the near future, and how to reach out. She knows details from his chart prior to coming in. We feel in great hands with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
not my usual provider but equally capable and engaged. I'm glad to know that no matter the provider, I will receive the same level of exceptional care.
very personable, has a genuine care for children and took the time to talk to my older child as well. she makes me feel very comfortable with my kids in her care. she took the time to review my concern and discuss it with me. second time we have seen her and both times was a great experience.
NP Leriotis spent a significant amount of time with us addressing the symptoms. I was impressed with how thorough she was and the care she provided.
The provider fine, no complaints from me.
She had to meet with a doctor in the office as to order an EKG. My son was complaining of tightness in chest, sweating, not able to lay in a supine position and had arm pain in both of his arms.
Elysse is always very friendly and knowledgeable. She makes my kids feel at ease, and they enjoy coming to their appointments because of her!
the dr was great and amazing. excellent bedside manner. thank you!
she was wonderful. and so sweet
I know we aren't supposed to have favorites, but Elysse is our children's favorite provider - we seek her out in setting up appointments and we are thrilled to see her when we visit the sick clinic. Her care, knowledge, bedside manner - everything about her - is first-rate. She is a gem!
we are very pleased with the majority of care providers at this office. Elysse is wonderful with my children, always very welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She is an asset to your staff.
We always enjoy our time with her.
She was awesone!
she was very kind and friendly
The provider appeared to be in a hurry, and wanted to get through with my child and move on. My daughter is fifteen years old, and not a baby; however, she will always be my baby. I had questions and concerns about the "flu" that my daughter was diagnosed with and the provider seemed irritated and wanted to move on to the next patient or whatever she had to do.
Elysse Leriotis is extremely personable. She always does such an amazing job.
very kid friendly spoke to him on his level
The nurse practitioner was very good at engaging my child and reducing her fears. The medical assistant (I don't remember her name) was very good at distracting my child when she was giving her the flu shot and made her feel at ease.
elysse was amazing with my two boys.
