This was our first meeting with this provider. She was great. she was friendly, and listened to all of our concerns. she didn't rush us and took her time to answer and make sure we understood and questions. She was very good.
my son was completely at ease with her and they were able to joke with each other. He would be happy to be seen by her again in the future
it was my first time at this office and I could not be more pleased with the whole staff! they were all great!
The receptionists at this office are amazing!! This Dr. was very knowledgeable medically. She was great as a Dr. Her bedside manor with my child wasn't what I expect from this office. She was not mean to her but also did not talk to or with her. Our normal pediatrician always talks with my children and me. My daughter definitely received the medical care she needed! I just didn't feel like this was a pediatric appointment.
She was very pleasant and approachable.
Euginie is a fantastic provider who has always had great interactions with my children and has provided excellent care.
The person my son saw yesterday was very nice, but not very knowledgable. I will try to avoid being seen by this individual again.
good, is that they seem to really know medically whats going on which is fantastic, they diagnosed her when she was a baby with gerd almost instantly after her previous doctor kept saying she was fine when I knew she wasnt. However when it comes to a mental illness/disorder/condition they do not take you seriously. When it comes to a parents gut instinct any and all doctors should listen, they are working to serve us, not us them. If we want our child to see a pyshcologist, get us a referral, even if its all for nothing, which with me no referral was all for nothing.
This was my first time meeting Eugenie, but my child was familiar with her as her grandmother had brought her in before. I was surprised that she remembered not only my daughter, but she had remembered that she had met my mother and not me before and said she was happy to meet me. it really speaks volumes for your practice that the staff treats patients like they matter. I have loved this office previously but now my adoration is solidified. I will continue to recommend this office to anyone I. know or strangers I come into contact with that needs a pediatrician.
ALWAYS stellar from office to providers
love miss eugenie! kind soft spoken patient and knowledgeable
Eugenie was very kind to us as well as thorough in her examination.
my child was sick and we were in and out quickly.
Very thorough and provided what to expect... also clear plan on what to do scenarios if better or worse in next few days.
The nurse Practitioner was one of the nicest. My twin girls that had the appt. even really liked her. Thet said to me next time we go back can we go back to her. She was very professional and great with kids. Thank you
First time meeting this provider in the office - we didn't make an appointment but used the walk in service for his well visit. She was very nice.
very personable and accomodating
my child ask the doctor to look at her poison ivy she has real bad on her hands and other parts he just blue her off saying she's fine
she was excellent. I'm glad to see healthquest brought her to the practice. she's much needed. I will schedule with her again.
great experience! Eugenie was helpful and very professional. My child enjoyed her visit. We look forward to seeing her again.
Eugenie is always so patient. My kids like to talk and she is always so patient with their stories while also staying focused on the appointment.
overall positive experience. great providers who my children have seen since birth.
Very good service. I did not feel rushed by the provider. She took her time in examining my child and answered any questions I had.
Eugenie is caring, thorough, and I will make a point to schedule with her in the future.
Our provider was really nice, but seemed a little nervous.
this is the second time we have seen this nurse practitioner and so have been disappointed both times. She missed that he had the flu and cost us 24hrs when we could have started treating him. last time she missed strep throat. I hope to never encounter her again.
Eugenie is a fabulous addition to the healthquest staff. She is attentive, knowledgeable and relates well to both myself and my child. I felt very comfortable with her clinical decision making, her instructions for follow-up indications and her overal bedside manner in examining my daughter.
We have seen Eugenie for concussion and for a wellness check up. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She also listens well. It was her idea to get an X-ray of my daughter's foot, which turned out to be fractured. I am thankful for her!
Very efficient, caring, professional experience
very thorough with her assessment and explanation of meds prescribed and current diagnosis
Dr. Eugenie was professional, knowledgeable, and good with my children.
I have been bringing my two children to this provider since they were born and have never had a bad experience since starting there. Everyone at this establishment is polite and very approachable.
she was very nice even upon meeting her for the first time
my child needed detma bond and stere strips for a cut in his head. she had no idea what she was doing.. this may have been the first one she has done. she went out of the room twice to ask another provider a question. she glued her glove to the cut and it looks awful. I am going to be extremely upset if he has a scar. she also did not know that steri strips can't get wet for 72 hours and had to call me after I left when another provider told her. I am all for teaching but she should have have someone standing next to her guiding her. this is a 7 year old boys forehead.
