Would not change or suggest a thing. I could not be HAPPIER as to the way Dr. Bitar has taken care of our Boys.
Dr. Bitar is always one of my favorites!
Dr. Bitar was attentive, patient and willing to answer questions and concerns about my child. He was willing to find me a second opiinion for my child.
My appointment time was 730. I arrived at 7:15 which was early- but this was the first time at this location. Dr. O'Hallaron is her usual Pediatrician. The receptionist and nurse were very kind. I was just upset that my daughter was not seen until 8:30. We were in the exam room so long that the lights went off 3 times. my daughter is 8 and was so miserable that she just laid on the exam table and rested her head on my shoulder. The doctor was very nice and diagnosed my daughter with Pnemonia and answered my questions very thoroughly as I was very concerned with her health. She came home from school Friday the 10th throwing up and was sick still Saturday. Sunday started a fever that continued through Tuesday when we came in to see doctor. she did not have a cough or stuffy nose until Tuesday morning. When he said she had pneumonia I was shocked. I was very pleased with the doctor- it just took till 8:30 to see him. Ig seemed like an eternity. We left at 845 but the pharmacy closed at 9 so couldn't get her antibiotic until Wednesday at 9am
the doctor was great
despite having a rash on my child's neck and ears with it traveling into her scalp he never thoroughly checked her scalp leading to a miss diagnosis. Had he checked her scalp he would have seen that my child had lice and we would have been able to treat my child properly. I will not be seeing that doctor again.
Dr. Bitar is a very good Dr. Very Caring.
thank you for the positive experience. bottom line....ear infection.
I can't say enough about Dr. Betar he is a wonderful man and I could not ask for more in a physician he has always taken very good care of me and he cares. Thank you!
Dr. Bitar has been our preferred provider from the time my kids were babies. He is always armed with the latest research, truly listens to parent concerns and addresses them completely.
very pleased with the Dr.
Dr Betar, and nurse stayed after hours to ensure test results were back, and I had the cause of my daughters illness before we left the office.
we were a walk-in sick visit and there was very little wait time.
Entire staff very professional and friendly
Love Dr. Bitar!! the best pediatrian ever!!
he was great! my son was very hyper and he directly talked to him and handled his behavior very appropriately.
Dr. Bitar has been my child's doctor for 6years if he ever moved we would follow...he's very attentive to my child's needs he has always listened to my concerns and addressed them. I go to bed peaceful knowing my sons health and well being are in great hands with Dr. Bitar!
Dr. Bitar is very professional and thorough!
This was the 1st time we have used this practice site and physician because it is closer to our house and now that my son is older he wanted to see a male doctor. I am very happy with the choice I made.
my daughter is severely disabled can't walk or talk. this doctors office knows my daughter and understands her needs they respect us and take care of my daughter very well
Dr. Bitar was so thorough and helpful as he spoke to us. He provided excellent care to my daughter and spent the necessary time to listen and ask questions before making a diagnosis. I am considering asking for him for future visits.
Dr. Bitar was very helpful. explained things fully and was reassuring
he was awful. we were treated rudely and in a condescending manner. we asked for the forms to transfer our records bc we will never return to this office and will let anyone who asks know how awful it was
Our daughter was born with a genetic syndrome. She had a large number of specialists and a lot of health problems. Dr. Bitar has been with us thru it all. Helping us to understand what the specialists were saying and to help us make life better for her in many ways. He has been wonderful. I dont' know what I would have done without the help he has given us over the years.
Dr. Bitar is an excellent physician.
Dr. Bitar is always compassionate to my child's needs. I appreciate the care he shows for him and talks to him.
so friendly and competent fast strep culture with no fight from my boy
Dr. Bitar was very thorough and took time to fully answer my questions that pertained to the current appointment and possible developmental delays as well as questions I had regarding future vaccinations.
Very dissatisfied with this visit. We spent the entire afternoon in the office for a physical and baseline concussion test. We were seen over 1 hour after our appointment was scheduled. No staff member notified us of the delay before we got there or while we were in the office. Delays happen but what should never happen is that the office staff does not notify us of the delay. I would like to understand how this office will correct this issue going forward.
We love Dr. Bitar!
The Dr was great to see and easy to understand and attentive. However our apt was at 4:30 and we did not see the Dr till 5:10.
This is my first experience with this pediatrician. My family grew up in Bellevue, using Bellevue Pediatrics as our care provider, and we have always been pleased. We are very pleased with Dr. Bitar so far. Thank you.
I've gone to Belkevue Peds for years w my four kids and don't plan on leaving
This is the best pediatric care in our local area. We are always treated well and the staff is always professional
This doctor is wonderful with my son addresses all of my concerns and takes time to talk to me during sick visits regarding other things.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bellvue Pediatrics, Richland office! They have been so kind, warm, and patient as we have worked through a few concerning issues with my child. I have been nervous, and they always ease my anxiety, and most importantly, they have provided excellent care for my son. Dr. Bitar is incredible! He is ALWAYS patient and explains things thoroughly. I never feel rushed, and I always feel reassured when we have our appointments. He is also wonderful with my baby.
Dr. Bitar has always shown us a great deal of respect and care and been a wonderful Dr. to our children.
Dr Bitar was excellent and went above and beyond for us especially since my daughter is special needs and isnt very verbal.
We love coming to this office. My son looks forward to going to the doctor. Dr. Bitar took the time to actually explain everything and used a picture to do it so we would understand. I'm highly satisfied with the care he receives here.
Great experience! Dr. Bitar has seen some of my other children in the past and I have been very pleased with his knowledge and thoroughness with the kids.
This was the first time we had met Dr. Bitar because we had always seen Dr. Hoyson. Dr. Bitar was kind & thoughtful and took a good deal of time to question my son and talk with us about his breathing issues.
no comment. very very pleased with visit and Dr Bitar
All staff courtesy is great. The care my daughter receives is great. I would recommend this office to others.
Dr. Bitar was very patient and kind. He examined our child thoroughly and answered several questions about our child's health. He was very helpful.
My husband and I could not be happier with the care and attention that were paid to our daughter and ourselves. Each and every staff member including Dr. Bitar were so helpful and calming to our family when we needed it most as our daughter was being sent to the hospital.
The doctor was great, friendly and caring. The staff was really great. The front office girl and the back office MA were amazing.
Dr. Bitar is wonderful and my daughter is comfortable around him. He is very professional.
Everyone was very nice and answered myself and my son regarding any questions
I am very happy with past and present experiences.
Dr. Bitar is a wonderful physician.
dr. Bitar and the whole staff are wonderful. I trust his option %100. that's why I drive half an hour to the office.
We didn't wait at all for his appointment. I truly appreciate being taken on time; that doens't happen at most provider offices. Dr. Bitar is the best physician my son has seen at that practice. Not that the others aren't good, but he just has an amazing bedside manner. Plus the nurse who gave my son his shots was very nice and patient with my son. All in all it was a great visit which is very much needed to ensure children are not afraid of going to the Drs. Thank you all!
Dr. Pitar is an excellent doctor who explained my child's condition and our next step in the process very well. He always explains medical terms good and makes sure I feel comfortable with the explanation before talking about our next step. I would highly recommend Dr. Pitar and Dr. Heidenreich!
Dr. Bitar spent some extra time with us answering our questions and addressing concerns regarding our son. We really appreciated the amount of time that he spent with us and the explanations that he gave us were very helpful.
Dr. Bitar is wonderful. He always takes the time to properly examine my child, and he always makes sure that we, the parents, understand his diagnosis and care plan. He even used a picture on the computer monitor to show us the anatomy of the sinuses so we could understand why our son keeps getting ear infections, talked to us about the possiblity of getting tubes, and explained that whole process/procedure. He interacts beautifully with my son and is patient and makes sure our questions have been answered.
I would (and have) recommended Dr. Bitar to others.
Dr. V is excellent. He spends the right amount of time with us and he answers all is my questions.
Dr. Bitar is awesome with children of all ages! Fantastic provider!
