very nice and thorough
Wait time before visit is over an hour regardless of time of day in this office. All the staff are educated, helpful & kind, but the time spent waiting is a huge turn off for anyone with children.
I highly appreciate Dr. Jacqueline Pokusa and Staff for their kindness.
This provider was very kind and positive with my child. She listened well and answered our question in a thorough way.
We had to choose a new provider because our original provider left CHP. We got so lucky with Dr. Pokusa! Smart, kind, respectful, funny, and very attentive to all of our needs and questions. I would definitely recommend her care to anyone and everyone.
excellent provider, very caring!
Dr Pokusa was extremely professional and caring. We don't live in state but if we did she would definitely be our primary eye doctor!
The doctor was very considerate considering the fact that we waited for 2 hours before seeing her.
she was very GD at her job
I was very impressed with the doctor and her nurse. My child is very nervous at doctor's offices and they were excellent with her. they were both highly competent and answered all my questions
Dr. Pokusa was very good with our autistic son. She explained everything to him in advance and was not rattled at all by his behavior. We would highly recommend Dr. Pokusa for any child with autism.
We have been seeing Dr. Pokusa from past 5 years when my daughter was born with cataracts. Dr. Pokusa helped us so much and taught us how to take care and improve of our daughter's vision. For example taking out the lenses, cleaning them, drops for irritation and more importantly which brands lenses fits her the best. We come all the way from Virginia to see Dr. Pokusa because she is not just a great doctor but a great human being!
This was the first time seeing this provider and she was one of the best I've ever had for my child. She was very thorough and was amazing with my son. I would recommend her to family and friends. She will now be my child's primary eye doctor.
Provider was excellent although she seemed frazzled and stressed at the start of the visit.
This visit was completely frustrating, I arrived early for a 10:30am appointment and didn't get in to see the doctor until noon. That is extremely difficult with a 1 year old. whenever this was a quick routine visit to check his vision and glasses.
She was very nice & professional. The whole staff was very pleasant.
