I enjoy Jane Miller. She has always been helpful, caring, encouraging, and understanding.
CCP Sarver staff are all fantastic people. They were able to give us an appointment quickly. They care about the health of my children.
always have great care there and friendly staff
She made my daughter feel very comfortable and was kind and professional.
the provider was excellent. she was thorough and kind.
This was the first time my son saw Jane C. Miller. She was excellent and I would not hesitate to schedule an appointment with her if needed.
I really like seeing Jane. I believe she is a nurse practitioner, so hopefully we can see her every time, rather than switching to the doctor for well visits.
Dr. Miller was very personable and tried to make my son feel comfortable with her during our visit. She addressed our problem and handled it with respect and care. We did have to wait for a bit, but she was apologetic and explained the wait.
this office is always accommodating when there is an urgent need.
we have had nothing but an amazing experiences with everyone at the office. everyone is kind and has a ton of empathy, I'm very thankful for all the drs and nurses who we have encountered.
By far the most attentive PCP I have taken my 5 children to. Always very understanding and respectful .
I felt that this provider asked me questions, rather than my child and asked things that she should have observed for myself. I had a concern and voiced it, but was not looked at when examining my child.
Although both my children are established patients of Dr. Reitz, my children like to be treated by Dr. Jane Miller during the sick clinic hours. Jane interacts with my children very well, she is very friendly, and she always resolves medical dilemmas quickly. Also, Jane is very informative and gives excellent medical advice. My children like her a lot.
We were seen quickly and the provider gave a thorough examination.
this provider was sick and coughing a great deal when seeing my child. she dismissed my concern at first then accepted my suggestion after pushing based on chronic diagnosis that I had to inform her about my daughter after which she said oh I guess I did see that in her chart
Jane was efficient and knowledgeable in taking care of my daughter's sports physical. no problems at all.
The CRNP Ms. Miller was kind , caring and very thorough
The provider and nurse were very good as usual.
Jane is great we love her. she was concerned about my child's problem and directions o. What to try if don't work will refer to someone else. love her
CCP has always provided care above industry standards. They feel like family and respond to our needs immediately and with care and concern. we would never go anywhere else.
You have a wonderful team of providers. They have always helped me and a timely, caring and professional manner. Thank you so much!
all went well
All of my experiences with the staff and doctors has been excellent. I'm so glad my friend recommended this office.
Jane is a great provider, she treated my child like one of hers. love her
Jane was excellent to work with and I would definitely see her in the future if/when needed for me children. I truly liked her bed side manners and fun personality.
Provider seemed very confident in her diagnosis. My daughter was crying due to her pain and fear of not knowing what was wrong and my daughter felt very embarrassed/ashamed after leaving due to her concerns being overlooked at the appointment. I felt reassured with the confidence of her diagnosis, but my daughter left still being very anxious about her symptoms.
I feel it was in poor taste for the Doctor to tell my son that if he didn't get the hpv gardasil vacine he would see more needles later in life when he has cancer. She has no right to interject her opinion like that when it was not requested.
They were really great with my son .
Long wait time with two sick kids. Both fell asleep in the room waiting to be seen.
love this dr
The only complaint I have is with Jane. She had no idea what was causing my daughter's problems/reason for visit. She did not have or suggest a plan of action to find out. She simply handed me a sheet of paper with the Neurology department at Children's Hospital and said I could call them to see if they could see her. We left there with no answers, no help whatsoever.
my answers are from he visit on 11/7/16. prior to that visit I was very satisfied with the staff and how my concerns for my child were addressed. I will not see the doctor in question for this visit ever again. she lacked any respect for my concerns or questions. she dismissed my child's health concerns less than a minute when checking him!
I was a little upset when Jane Miller told my 9 year old that she was over weight last year according to her BMI. I don't appreciate something like that being said to a child. She doesn't need to worry about her weight - she isn't overweight and I feel she could have not said anything like that in front of her. It was in very poor taste. Kids these days have some much pressure put on them already - I don't need my 9 year old having body issues because her "doctor" said she was overweight. She was upset about it all day.
we love her!
Jane Miller was horrible rude and impatient with my children. She yelled at them several times throughout the appointment and spoke to me as though I was a child and not their parent. She totally disregarded my opinions about my child's development as though I would not know best. I will never take my children to see her again.
Jane Miller was not good with my children nor did she speak to me with respect as their parent. While in the appointment she yelled at my children several times and was rude. She also spoke to me as I was a child and not their parent, I will never take my children to see her again.
Jane was very patient and kind to my daughter. Lighthearted yet professional while asking some necessary medical questions that were embarrassing to my 15 year old daughter. Definitely, a true pediatric provider.
The entire staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and professional. We are very fortunate to have your practice in our area.
Tried to make me get shots that I wasn't there for. Very rude about me needing to lose weight.bwill never see her again.bchanging doctors.
I have had each of my three children to see Jane Miller and with each visit she becomes more and more disrespectful and condescending, to say the least. We will never return to this office.
