Dr. Rudolph is an excellent doctor and provides my son with the best possible care.
dr Jeffery Rudolph is amazing he's always been there for our child and helped us understand what was going on and was always concerned even when it was out of his expertise! we travel from Gettysburg pa to see him and would never change!
Dr. Rudolph always explains complicated issues in a clear, understandable and thorough way. He is very caring and personable.
Dr. Rudolph is an example of the ultimate professional, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, personable doctor that we have worked with in providing excellent care for our son. Dr. Rudolph even had a joke related to one of our son's interests...Pokemon!!
receptionists were very kind and polite with questions. Dr Rudolf always listens to any questions or concerns I have and explains things well.
Dr Rudolph is excellent with meeting our son at his level, making our son feel cared about, explaining to our son all the options of care. Dr Rudolph clearly sees his patients are more than just patients and intimately knows them. Whenever we see him in the hallways of CHP, he always stops and asks about our son and has full knowledge of his current status. Dr Rudolph is excellent at consulting his other providers (as he is complex with many providers) to make a true team approach for his care. Often times we will be in an appointment with another provider and he will come find us and make sure everyone is collaborating and we (his family) are included in this collaboration. We feel very blessed having Dr Rudolph caring for our son's GI needs and part of his overall CHP team.
We love Dr. Rudolph and he has always been very thorough when he have a visit with him. We drive two hours to come see him.
the Dr and staff was excellent. my son has autism and they were very patient with him. they also listened to all my concerns and were very helpful to us. Dr Rudolph was very nice and had excellent bed side manners.
Dr. Roudlph is the best. I am so said to see my child age out of childrens!!
Dr. Rudolph had always provided our daughter with excellent health care. He is very knowledgeable about her medical history and always listens carefully to our updates and feedback. He quickly responds to our questions and emails on MyCHP also. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Rudolph is excellent with making children feel comfortable as well as explainining details to parents. He is very thorough and complete, and includes parents in decisions about care.
Dr Rudolph is excellent. He answers questions clearly and is very easy going which has ebabled my son to relax and talk about his condition.
Dr Rudolph has been such a large piece to my daughters road to wellness. he listens to my concerns, addresses them, takes his time, shows his own concern, makes me feel better and positive as a parent about my daughters current situation. as a nurse, he goes above and beyond what I have seen physicians typically do.
Dr Rudolph is one of the best doctors I have ever had to work with. He's very patient and listens to what me and my son have to say. He also explains things very well and is very kind.
The doctor visit was great. My daughter felt comfortable with the student and doctor, and so did I. We did have a test on 9.15.17 at the hospital and I haven't received results, but they said it would take about a week.
We had a great experience and will continue to trust this doctor with our child's health.
dr. Rudolph has been a wonderful provider. he is very clear to what he wants my daughter to accomplish and has a plan set in place with a timeline which is so reassuring. he's calm, takes his time, and great bedside manner
I am very pleased with Dr Rudolph and his staff. Dr Rudolph was very cordial, pleasant and concerned about my child's medical problem. I have followup appointment with him and will be glad to see him with my child again. I am so thankful that Children's Hospital is there for my child.
Dr. Rudolph was wonderful with my son! He spent over an hour with us and even drew pictures of my son's heart and hiatal hernia. Very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, personable. We are very satisfied with the care my son has received from Dr. Rudolph. We confident that he has my son's best interest for his health. Dr. Rudolph presented and explained four options for treatment for my son's condition and symptoms. We agreed on the least restrictive/invasive option. Previous medication is being reintroduced and will eventually replace the current medication my son is taking. I will track this and the effectiveness for one month, then add medication to the morning routine, eliminating the current medication.
Jeff Rudolph is an excellent care provider.
Dr. Rudolph is always genuinely concerned for my health and well-being.
love Dr. Rudolf
Doctor Rudolph was awesome. He took time to really understand the concerns with our daughter. I liked that he talked to her and made her laugh, etc. He also seemed to want to understand what my husband and I wanted to do (try medicine, do tests). I really liked him and would recommend him highly. My only concern is the amount of time it took to get on an appointment. called in January and got an April appointment but it must be because he is so good.
We waited a long time for this specialist, but I think it was probably worth the wait. I know that my child likely has a condition that won't turn around right away, and this is frustrating. I think that the staff was very sensitive to my questions about his pain, but I don't think that the strategies are effective enough. I wish we knew more about pain and pain management.
The records were sent but not everything they should have gotten, so I filled in the gaps. Dr Rudolph filled in by saying my daughter is complex let's start with the basics and form a foundation. Best news I have heard in 10 years!
Dr. Rudolph gives thorough explanation without too much medical terminology, with reasoning behind inquires. We did not wait, he had reviewed our records BEFORE entering the room.
Dr. Rudolph was amazing.
I was very pleased with the time Dr. Rudolph took in explaining my son's condition.
Dr Rudolph was a very very nice doctor that made my daughter feel at ease! He even made her laugh( she was nervous for this appt). Thank you for being a great doctor!
long wait time (60 minutes after scheduled appt time) but spent adequate time with my child and I, did not rush
Dr Rudolph is an excellent GI and takes the time needed with each of his patients. I have recommended him to many other parents .
Dr. Rudolf has always been a person, to which you feel comfortable, discussing any medical concerns. If I'm uncertain about something, he's approachable, has a good presence, & explains the concern. He seems to have a good way of communicating, things; even if the topic may seem uncomfortable, yet to where you feel comfortable enough to discuss with him.
Dr Rudolph is awesome. He respects his kids and their parents. He listens. He explains. He is mostly up-to-date with information and is up-to-date on research in his particular field. We love and respect him, and he's not afraid of my autistic child (who is as big as a large man).
Dr Rudolph was excellent. He listened carefully to our concerns, asking questions to clarify when needed, and was very thorough in his examination. My 14 year old son felt at ease through out our visit. Dr Rudolph took the time to explain lab work we received from our PCP - I felt he did so much better than out PCP, and I really appreciated his time and expertise.
This was a productive visit - the provider was great!
the provider was wonderful. explained things well and thoroughly and made me feel that my concerns regarding my daughter were important
it was a pleasant visit
Very caring Dr. He took the time to listen and explained things well. Also very thoughtful of our feelings, I would recommend him to friends and family. Was actually hoping I can get him for my other son as well.
Dr. Rudolph provides excellent care for my son and takes the time to both listen to our concerns and explain the treatment plan.
Dr Rudolph always shows a lot of compassion and the way he communicates and forms a relationship with the child is outstanding.
Dr Rudolph is the best GI doctor hes very casting and listens to all your thoughts and concerns
