talked with my child with so much respect
she is a good doctor. she did all the healthy check for my 5 years son. she explained all the problems that we may encounter in detail.
Seemed relatable and had very good manner with my 3-year-old.
All has been great with this care provider, Since he has been an infant to 4 years old
Doctor listened to both myself and my sons questions. Very good with my son.
Dr. Chianese is always thorough and thoughtful.
we have this healthy provider since my older son was born. she is a nice and patient doctor.
Always a great experience
we always have a positive experience when visiting Bass Wolfson and Dr. Chianese
I would be unwilling to allow my child to be seen or treated again by this particular physician.
All staff is very good with my children - treat with focus and dignity
We love Dr. Chianese. She is so professional, thorough, and helpful - and she really takes time to talk to my daughter and get to know her.
Dr. Chianese always demonstrates excellent care for our children and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone seeking a pediatrician.
Our family truly have great experiences during appointments.
Dr. Chianese is a great doctor...very understanding, very concerned with my son's health, very likeable
I think Dr. Chianise does a wonderful job listening to my child and me, and thinking carefully to figure out what's going on.
Very much like the Dr we met with. Have seen her a few times for emergent visits and really like her.
We've seen Dr. Chianese for every well visit post discharge from Magee and one of the mid levels for any sick visits. All staff are professional, approachable, and engaging.
Dr. Chianese is a wonderful physician. She spends time asking about my child's health, but also takes time to inquire about our overall family well-being as well. She is very thorough with her exam of my child and engages with him to make him comfortable with her.
Jen Chianese is a wonderful practitioner. So appreciate her time, patience and advice.
I appreciated that the physician addressed my son with questions relating to his health. He was stricken with shyness and did not want to answer her. That created an awkward communication dynamic. I wasn't sure if my input was valued so I held back comments. Overall, she was responded nicely to my son and got him talking about a variety of other topics and I would choose to have my kids seen by her again.
Dr. Chianese listens to everything and takes her time to make sure everything is covered
great dr. hate all these surveys every time we go there once is enough, really. if i did mot like the care i would mot return
I never have a bad experience when my son has an appointment the doctors and staff are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions that I have. the doctor yesterday was so patient with my son he is afraid of the doctors cause he. is always afraid that he is going to get shots but the doctor yesterday was so patient with him and even made him realize that he was ok not going to get shots. Thank you to the doctors and staff for always making the experience awesome
This physician did not wash their hands or use liquid hand sanitizer before treating my child. She did not seem at all concerned with my childs discomfort while she was checking him. She seemed distant and didn't explain what she was finding, if anything. Hopefully it was just a bad day.
We both really liked this doctor and both agreed with her diagnosis. She took adequate time assessing and determining the appropriate care for this illness. She is not the pediatrician that we usually visit as we were there for a walk in appointment. We found her very personable and knowledgeable and would gladly visit her for a sick visit as well as recommend her to friends and family.
I am extremely satisfied with the medical care and general friendliness of Bass Wolfson Pediatrics
this was our sons first visit as a newborn. I was referred to this practice by several friends who all have had great experiences.
the staff was great with the exception to the dr. we have seen her in the past with a walk in and she doesn't seem to care. she comes in asks a couple questions and checked my child and then that's it. not the fist time experience if this with her.
the physician seemed hesitant, unsure of the diagnosis, she definitely hadn't referred to our child's medical record prior to seeing us and she gave the impression she wasn't confident about the diagnosis; we left feeling like she didn't really know what she was doing and also that we were wasting her time
Very good and complete assessment was done by the physician
I had 3 children scheduled at that appointment and the staff did wonderful making sure they were all seen and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time
dr. chianese is a wonderful care provider. she is a great listener and has a depth of knowledge that is uncomparable. we trust her immensely and have recommended her highly to others.
Dr. Chianese was very responsive to my questions and concerns for my son's feet. She spend an adequate amount of time discussing it with my son and I. She provided very useful recommendations. We appreciated the time she spent with us and her input! We know that Dr. Chianese always listens to our concerns and appreciate that.
I believe that care provider should discuss possible child's mood or feelings in parent's presence. My child told to care provider about being tied and lack of energy. The child is hard hearing. She needs to apply more attention for everything then regular child and get more tire over the day. Care provider advised to my child to see a specialist for depression. My child was very confused and lost after this advice.
excellent care provided. very pleased.
everything was excellent.
Great experience overall. Have seen Dr. Chianese a couple times now, and she's been great.
dr chianese listens carefully and doesn't talk down to my child
This was our first visit and I am very happy with the Dr. and office. She had good ideas of resources for my child's ADD and other learning issues.
I had a vey good experience, this is why I take whatever they say to heart about both of my children.
you are the best
excellent bedside manner. friendly. managed to alleviate both my sons issues as well as mine. was not dismissive of parent input.
Dr. Chianese is an EXCELLENT PEDIATRICIAN
