EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY
I always receive the same level of care which is top level.
the nurse was excellent and personable. I saw the physician for less than 2 minutes. he didn't seem engaged or interested in hearing how I was doing on the medications or if I was seeing any improvements since my last visit.
I was not given any information on what tests were being run with the biopsies. In that respect I felt as though the resident and Dr were condescending. I have not gotten any better. I continue to get worse. I have no more information about what might be wrong with me than before my visit.
excellent and professional care.
I was treated good by the staff at Falk Clinic during my visit.
It was a good visit.
This was a routine skin exam. I thought that it was very thorough.
Dr. McSorley interacted with my child in a manner that annoyed and escalated her agitation. He spoke to my child in a demeaning manner. He expressed impatience with me and my child, and we both felt disrespected by him.
This was not a good care experience. The resident and Dr. McSorley talked about me in the third person, as if I was not even in the room. A follow up visit was mentioned but I was given no instruction on when to schedule that and there was not information in the record to help the check out receptionist schedule the follow up. I got very little information on side effects of the medications prescribed. I went home and searched the internet to get information, when it should have been discussed with me. I still have questions about how long I am supposed to take some of the meds and will have to contact the office with these questions. Finally, while the initial visit with the resident and Dr. McSorley was timely, I was left alone in the room for over 30 minutes while I waited for the resident to come back to perform a procedure.
I went for a mole check; I expected to have a body search and have all moles checked. I also have a cyst on my face and was told could not be taken care of that day and would have to take time off from work again to have it taken care of. I probably won't go back.
Very professional and competant
The staff, dermatology resident, and Dr. McSorley treated me with respect and professionalism.
The staff was very professional. The appointment went well.
I gave a fair comment because this provider, while very competent, was a little awkward and not very good at including me in the dicussion about treatment of symptoms, but I have no issue with the plan provided.
great service with all involved
They were very Professional and generous.
Dr. McSorley was charming. He managed to distract me while his Resident did the (relatively minor) procedure. I admire his teaching skill. At least in my case the Resident was quick and relatively painless.
Everyone involved in the process, starting with the receptionist, and including Dr. McSorley, were welcoming, gracious, caring and thorough.
Excellent care that was delivered in a smooth and swift manner
After the appointment, I had a question about the prescription. The care provider came out of his office to answer my question, which I appreciated.
Every one was very clear about the treatment that I have to take, and they also were very helpful. Dr. McSorley understand my problem and that is very important to me.
The doctor is extremely well qualified. I have all the confidence in the world that I am in good hands.
