wonderful staff and doctors
She was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the care plan provided.
The Dr was very kind and I feel as though she is determined to help my daughter. She gave a few treatment options to get her started and I feel as though she will help in making my daughter feel better.
We had an excellent experience. The doctor was very kind and I felt that we received excellent care and follow up.
GOOD
I made the mistake of showing up to the grown facility. I called the doctor's office to tell them my mistake and if there was a possibility of my daughter being seen? Nurse Mary said I can and I rushed. as soon as we got there we were taken to the room and saw the doctor. excellent service and helpful
She was very good with my child; however , was extremely opinionated and I felt a little belittled by her to be honest . she's one of those doctors you would say did not have good bedside manner . She was good with my son but she was "snappy"when answering my questions .
Good provider & didn't have to wait a long time.
Dr. Ellery was very nice and professional and my daughter was very comfortable with her. I feel that she is being thorough with my daughters health complaint and not just treating the symptoms.
th provider was nice and spent the time with us. however it took me 3 months to get an appointment and it wasn't even the location I requested for. I was told I would be on a wait list but never got a call the time frame could have been a little better
Considering it was the first time she saw my child (we were transferred from another hospital to the Children's ER and this was a visit requested for the ER physicians) she was great.
Doc was excellent. very thorough and understood my concerns. she made me feel at ease and we finally have a plan in place.
our experience was disappointing and frustrating
We felt that she did not really listen to our concerns. She automatically went to constipation, when this is not what we said the only concern was. She was very blunt and rude. We were completely unhappy with the appointment and really felt it was a total waste of our time. We live 2 hours away and traveled down on a day in very bad weather.
very knowledgeable, kind, caring...couldn't have asked for better care
Dr. Ellery is excellent. So good with my daughter and with me. Would highly recommend her.
I felt like I may have inconvenienced the Dr. I wished we I could of fully express how I felt & felt like I was heard
We think she is wonderful. She was well educated on my daughters condition and back up plan if needed, we are thankful to have found her!
Dr. Ellery is fantastic!! I loved her, and my son loved her! She was a good listener and interacted well with my son (the patient).
nice expetience
When the provide walked in the room she started visit with how busy she was and would only have 10 minutes. Is care about quality or volume at this office.
She was very dry, short and no bedside manner. She just delivered bad news to my daughter and acted like it was no big deal, spent no time making sure she understood or was ok. Just said "Any questions?" as if it was another day in the office. You don't tell someone they have Celiac disease (well mostly sure she does) and treat a 16 year old like she should just deal with it. I was not happy with the level of explanation and looking back I wish I had pressed for more info but she acted like she just wanted to move us through. I even went back to clarify a question and I was treated in an off-putting manner as if I was bothering her. She needs to soften her approach.
I did not feel that the doctor was inquisitive about my desire to breastfeed my child (even though I was actively feeding during the appointment) and somewhat coldly suggested I formula feed my baby to remedy her fussiness. She failed to asked any questions about my stance on the subject and pushed formula within five minutes of meeting is, with no medical reasoning. We used formula occasionally with our older child - I am not offended by the use of formula - I am just disappointed at the coldness of the doctor to suggest formula to an actively breastfeeding mother.
The whole visit was exceptional, no long waits, courteous staff, and the doctor took her time with my son and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed out of the office and left feeling well informed and prepared for what to do next.
I hi I we should have been given more information and options in dealing with our circumstance. we left only with rest orders.
