She was patient listened to me and my son was pleasant to talk to
she was very helpful, gave us some new steps to try
I had the best experience possibethe dr petish was amazing and wouldnt quit until she found out what was wrong! I would go back to her anytime!
we loved her! she was extremely kind and informative. we wish the office was located closer to home.
provide was very good. we were scheduled to see doctor but he had called out sick that day. we were not informed of this until after we got there that we would be seeing someone else, which was a little annoying, but the provider that stepped in was amazing!
She is very polite and compassionate caregiver. My daughter expressed the same feelings.
this dr explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable
very personable, informative and present
I was not pleased with seeing a CRNP.... when appointments are made, the patient should be notified of the position the medical provider has. I believed we were seeing a DOCTOR... even a PA.... but NO! I felt that our provider didn't adaquately evaluate our situation. It was explained as "something he will grow out of." She seemed unhappy with one of my replies and the visit wasn't great after that point.
the provider was kind and very thorough!
Kathy has always taken great care of my daughter and treated her with respect and maintained her dignity through a challenging issue for a school aged child. We can't say enough good things about Kathy Perich!
The doctor was wonderful and had some very good suggestions to help with our daughter's UTI issues.
When learning my child had to have a surgery, she was very patient, thorough, and kind in explaining everything. She made the uneasy news a little less stressful.
She was very kind and sweet and talked to my child about her problems and encouraged us to call her if there were any problems with the medicine or anything else.
She was great the service was quick
The doctor was wonderful, sympathetic, and very informative. She walked in with a smile. immediately began letting me know what phimosis & that is a common issue. The whole visit was stressfree & actually quite delightful. The doctor handled my child with care, spoke to him the entire time, & though he was uncomfortable he did not throw a fit ( which is a first).
wonderful and included my child in her care
we had a great visit.
waited 3 months for this appointment and did not help at all with his problem. Supposed to be a specialist but didn't give me anymore info then his regular doctor.
wonderful and caring provider. would recommend her to anyone needing a urology consult
I liked how she thoroughly explained each step prior to performing
I was very happy with the care my daughter and I received.
Unfortunately we were incredibly disappointed on many levels with our appointment with Ms. Perich. We've had numerous interactions with a variety of doctors with Childrens UPMC Hospital with positive results, except with this specific provider. Ms. Perich began appointment with initial diagnosis without speaking to us (parents) or examining my daughter at all. She did not seem to take our concerns into consideration with her pre-exam diagnosis. During examination - my focus was on my daughter to keep her calm while Ms. Perich explained she would need to do a physical exam of the genital area - which we agreed and gave permission. AT end of quick exam, I realized that she DID NOT wash her hands or wear gloves during her physical exam. This lack of professionalism on multiple levels was appalling and not nearly the standards of care that my family has always received within the UPMC CHildrens hospital facilities.
We were seen right away and Kathleen was extremely kind and thorough with her examination. she was comforting to us as we were upset with the outcome of the examination, but she explained the procedure our son will have in detail and printed out a detailed description of the procedure for us to look over.
My child got extremely upset during the middle of the ultrasound, and Dr. Perrich was so patient and understanding. She gave me time and space to get my child calmed down before proceeding. I really appreciate her working with me to make sure the visit was positive for my child.
