The doctor is wonderful
these questions about the nurse or assistant don't apply mostly . my biggest concern is the way I am made to feel if I ask questions or address concerns. the dr is quick to assume what I am saying and seeking and it's never what I want to say or ask . if I continue to try and honestly address my concerns the dr quickly shuts me down . dr does not take adequate time with the patient to make us parents feel heard .
this was our first visit and I thought the dr & staff were wonderful! I would definetly recommend to other people
Everyone we encountered during our visit was kind, courteous, friendly and respectful. We travel quite a distance for the care and concern we always receive at Children's Hospital. I would not take my child anywhere else, and always recommend UPMC and Children's Hospital to anyone and everyone with health issues. We appreciate all the staff! Thank you seems like such a small word but it is all I have to offer and my gratitude.
everyone and everything was great!
I am very pleased with Dr. Thakkar. I felt like she studied my child's records before she addressed my daughters health issues. She was very engaging towards my daughter and I felt like she truly cared about the welfare of my child.
I really like her she remembered my son after weeks of not seeing him
Dr. Thakkar did an amazing job of ordering tests to quickly evaluate my son.
physician was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a neurologist!
This was our first visit relating to our daughter's seizures. The information and explanations provided to us were easy to understand.
I felt Dr. Thakkar took the time to go over all concerns. I feel she gave good advice and pointed me in the direction for follow up care that I have not always received. She was very knowledgeable and great with my daughter. At many appointments my child is scared and Dr. Thakkar was able to keep her calm the entire time. I was very pleased with this visit.
