Dr. Gordon was supportive and attentive. She explained the increase in my daughter's weight in a way that made it clear to my daughter that she should not see this increase as a negative thing; she explained the importance of iron levels to my daughter in a way that did not make my daughter eager for a blood test, but that helped her understand the importance of the information such a test could show.
Dr Gordon always provides excellent care!
she was friendly and helped my daughter feel at ease
My husband and I love this practice and everyone there. All of the personnel are great and over the years he's seen all of the physicians at some point. We'd never go anywhere else and we always recommend this practice.
Dr. Gordan listened to my concerns about my son and went above what I would expect to help with my son's issues.
Dr. Gordon is kind, caring and thorough. we really like her!
very attentive and directed questions to my child rather than to me which was appreciated! Dr Gordon treats her as a mature young adult
dr. Gordon is thorough, professional and patient. she explains in plain language and is very polite.
I love Dr. Gordon. She is always patient, and listens to what I have to say. She is great with my daughter.
Nothing but positive experiences at this office.
had a great visit although I feel bad because the doctor had to put medical tape on top of sunburn my child had and it removed skin when taken off and made his pain worse
The waiting room felt like January during walk-in hours for the number of children waiting to be seen. Dr. Gordon had a busy morning, and it did take her awhile to get to us, but she was focused on my daughter and definitely took her time evaluating and diagnosing her (which is exactly what you want as a parent).
Today was the first time we had Dr. Gordon and her assistant Kat. Both of them provided great service and good information. Tests were ordered and we look forward to getting results and moving forward.
My children have been seeing Dr Kimberly Gordan since my daughter, 14 now, was born in the hospital. My children love her and look forward to going to their appointments. she is very caring and answers all of their questions.
We love Dr. Gordon. She always treats the kids respectfully and talks with them about their own health and always asks if they have questions.
She was kind and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Gordon was an empathetic and thorough provider. We were pleased with our experience.
Dr. Gordon takes her time to listen, remembers my child's history, and is overall an excellent provider.
Dr. Gordon is very thorough and has a great disposition.
always happy with the services provided by this practice
always very nice and helpful, they try to get you in as soon as possible to be seen by dr
Dr. Gordon is outstanding. She takes ample time to understand the child and listen to the parents.
Childrens pediatrics- RIDC is an excellent office with amazing staff. I could not be happier with our choice of a pediatrics office. Everyone from the nurses on the phone to the receptionists to the doctors are top notch.
I had to come into the office for walk in hours, went very quick and everyone helpful
Dr. Gordon did a very thorough examination and asked plenty of appropriate questions and spent sufficient time answering our questions about our daughter.
nurse that give flu shot was amazing calm my daughter down give her options and overall a great great experienced professional !!
Through the 14 years that I have been taking my son to this provider, Dr. Kimberly Gordon, I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! And this would include other Dr's that we may have seen and their staff through the years. My only concern is that when my son is too old to see Dr. Gordon, where am I going to find someone to replace her. We love her she is a great doctor!
The staff is friendly and helpful, answering any questions we have. Dr. Gordon is focused and engaged, ready to answer questions clearly, giving my daughter and me the time we need. My daughter feels comfortable talking with Dr. Gordon, which is terrific.
Dr. Gordon is a excellent pediatrician who takes her time with and cares about each of her patients.
Dr Gordon, Nurse Jamie and the whole staff are wonderful. They gave us personal attention and were very professional as well as efficient and knowledgeable.
My daughter was upset due to the nature of the visit. The doctor seemed a little agitated at that and seemed to talk over her and was some what stern due to my daughter being upset.
Dr. Gordon is fantastic, as are all of the nurses and the other physicians in the practice. The office staff is great too. I recommend this office to others all of the time.
Amazing! I am in town visiting family from out of state, they fit in my 3 week old baby in an hour from when we called for an appointment. Truly amazing!
best care i could ask for
Dr. Gordon knows how to listen and I've never had a negative experience with her!
We are always really happy with Dr. Gordon. She was my pediatrician and now she is my kids pediatrician, and we think very highly of her.
It was a smooth visit for my daughter!
staff and dr. gordon have been great with our little girl
Dr. Gordon was thorough, caring, and spot on with her treatment of my child with Tamiflu; his presentation confirmed her astute clinical suspicion that he had the flu within the following 24 hours with his first febrile seizure and onset of more classical flu symptoms. If she had not educated us and instituted treatment immediately, this would be a much more complicated course for my 2 yo son in a season of epidemic influenza complications for the pediatric population. I cannot speak more highly of her excellent care for my son. While we regularly see Dr. John, who is wonderful in her own right, Dr. Gordon was exactly the physician we needed that day.
CCP is excellent... never a complaint and lots of praise for this organization
we love CCP and would recommend to anyone... always available and courteous
Dr. Gordon is excellent. She is thorough and listens and offers suggestions/solutions. We greatly appreciate her as our pediatrician.
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Gorden since birth. She is great. There were "growing up" issues my daughter wanted to talk about and Dr.Gorden was very attentive and very helpful. It's nice to feel like the doctor actually knows your child. I highly recommend her.
I do not think Dr Gordon did a thorough, careful exam. additionally, she did not provide the correct medication necessitating another doctors visit the next day. I think she didn't take my child's problem seriously.
Doctor seemed like she didn't have the time to spend with my child maybe because it was the end of the day. She was referred to another doctor and that information was sent to then immediately to make an appointment and they called within the wuoted time frame. However, there were no instructions or restrictions communicated at the appointment. It was brought to my attention later that my child was to have restrictions when it comes to her activities and even though I was present at the appointment this was never communicated with myself or my child. It wasn't until another family member called later that they were told she should refrain from certain activities. I am disappointed with the conflicting results and lack of communication.
my daughters are at the age of 12 and 14 and prefer a female provider. This was our first experience with Kim Gordon and we were very pleased with her, the nurses and the office staff as a whole.
I am agitated that dr Gordon addressed my daughters weight. when you look at her, she looks like a typical baby, she was a belly. overall not that chubby, but has enormous quads! dr Gordon discussed her weight bc she's 89 percentile for weight yet didn't take into consideration muscle weights more than fat.
Everyone there makes you feel as if your child is the only child they need to be concerned about that day. They never rush or interrupt.
We have had all three of our daughters seen at this office since they were babies. I have no complaints about this facility or their staff, they have always been timely and considerate they are our preferred pediatric center for our daughters. All three recieve comprehensive and compassionate care in this facility and we have recommended it to others multiple times.
The Dr., nurses, and staff ALL provided excellent respectful and informed transgender friendly care. Thank you!
the nurse was extra great
