Was skeptical about seeing Nurse Practitioner since I had seen one before at the hospital and did not like her. Both my child and I like this one.
was very good.
Linda was fantastic. She spent extra time with my daughter, answered my questions, and was so kind and courteous throughout the visit. My baby was fussy towards the end of the visit, and Linda stepped in to do the new cast to make the process go more quickly.
Linda the CRNP was great! She confirmed our suspicions of a toddler fracture. I liked that she opted to not re xray her because her symptoms were enough evidence that something was wrong. And why expose her to more radiation. I thought that was thoughtful of my daughters well being and health. During the exam she was very gentle, kind and did a good job of distracting a 21 month old while examining her leg, which she was in pain. She didn't cry much. very engaging. Great care all around. A few days after the appointment I needed some paperwork for an Aflac claim. she was on the ball and got back to me within the hour via email. Perfect! can't wait to see her for the follow up in a few weeks!
Excellent care! Linda really listens to my child and is caring and compassionate. Puts my child at ease and really listens to my concerns and questions!
we felt linda was excellent and very knowledgeable and great with our son.
we felt like we were brushed off, with no real answer to our child's problem. We were basically told there was an issue, but not to "let anyone send us back because it would be a waste if our time". We left not really knowing what our next step should be.
I honestly just took the appointment with whoever was available and she was wonderful. when in the emergency room my child screamed and cried and she was so nice with her and kind she never shed a tear.
Linda is excellent!!
good no complaints
Linda Trail was an excellent care provided. She took time to explain, showed me x-rays from the ER and explained those. Overall, she was very caring and sensitive to our concerns. Very warm and friendly
I was very appreciative that I was able to stay in the room for a while afterwards to nurse my very cranky child.
Provider was excellent and communicated well.
Everyone was super caring and professional and willing to make both my child and I as comfortable as possible.
I'm a new mom so I ask a lot of questions and she was very helpful and patient with me, and she answered every question thoroughly.
Our care provider and nurse were good. Even though we waited about an hour to be seen, when we finally were seen the provider was thorough and attentive.
Excellent care and courtesy of care provider. Very knowledgeable. Very welcoming. First time visit.
I love Linda she is a wonderful doctor
she forgot to tape the material hanging from my sons cast. very disappointed that I needed to ask the receptionist for help. also she never showed me my sons X-rays. just said he will be ok. make another appointment in 2 weeks.
visit went well no complaints
Very friendly and good with children
Our visit was excellent!
I loved Dr. Trail. She was quick, to the point, and listened to everything I had to day. We saw three other doctors concerning my son's injury (TWO that were part of Children's Hospital or affiliates) and they all dismissed me and told me to wait things out and it would go away. Dr. Trail actually listened to me and immediately diagnosed him with a toddler fracture. I was so relieved to have someone believe me when I said my son was not okay.
Linda Trail provided excellent care. She took the time to explain my sons condition and answer any questions/concerns that I had. she also provided all of the paperwork necessary for my son to return to school and also filled out my FMLA papers.
Medical Staff and most receptionists were great.
