She seemed very distant or distracted during our vistit. My kids are my everything and she made feel as though we were keeping her from something. Maybe she was just having a bad day but she lacked in telling me the strep test gets sent to a lab if it come back negative in the office. Information that proved itself to be pretty important on Wednesday.
The Dr. was very thorough during the well check up of my daughter. she not only addressed that, but also the sinus + dry skin issue she had, while we were there. The doctor was personable and very easy to talk to.
Dr. was helpful and knowledgeable!
dr kiger was wonderful , this visit was added at last minute with an appt with another child with same issues and even though she had a busy schedule I am sure, she took her time and addressed every issue that was brought up
Dr kiger was the first provider who saw my daughter after she was born. she was there and checking in on us within 30 minutes of her birth and has been phenomenal ever since. my daughter was a little early and is having some struggles with jaundice and I feel like the decisions made by Dr kiger have been explained to us and have been proactive in helping my daughter's levels return to normal.
I was waiting for the doctor to come for more than 30 mins. What is a point of making an appointment if you still have to wait for long time?
It was a very busy day at the office, and one person did leave and another person almost left due to long wait times, but other than that it was a very good appointment. The doctor did forget to put a phone number down to call for a certain issue my infant is having that may possibly need early intervention.
Dr. Kiger is patient, attentive, thorough and responsive. She is always genuinely pleasant and makes us feel comfortable and cared for.
very long wait . called up 2 times by mistake. Seemed disorganized today. Never experienced that before in this office.
She's awesome. My child feels very comfortable with her. She takes the needed time to listen to your concerns and explain treatments and home care. she makes the office visit personable.
The office staff, nurses and doctors are always wonderful.
Dr. Kiger is wonderful! She listened to our concerns and patiently went through our lists of questions for our newborn with care.
we love dr keiger and the np sara. both are caring and professional and seem to remember my children and their needs which makes us feel important to them.
Doc was excellent and we were very satisfied with her.
Dr Kiger, the nurse and the two receptionist's that we're working on saturday, May 26, 2018 at the Brentwood office were amazing. having those employees there makes the visit much easier and pleasant, thank you!
The doctor was excellent!
Lorraine is a very caring doctor and very good with me and my son.
Initial visit, but I look forward to having them being my granddaughters pediatricians.
excellent care. addressed our concerns very well.
took time and was patient
The doctor took the time to listen and respond to all of my questions even though they were running behind on time. I was very pleased with the visit.
We met Dr. Kiger after she saw our son for his discharge from the hospital after his birth. She was very professional and open to any questions that we may have had regarding our son & his care. We are excited to have her care to help care for our son.
awesome care! spent so much time with us!
during our visit my the doctor did not give my son a strep culture, just tested for the flu. we had to return to the office the next day because I knew it was more than a virus, he then got tested for step, which was positive! this should have been taken care of during our visit and he could have started medication that day instead of suffering another day!
Very thorough checkup!
excellent work well done
Dr. Kiger seemed very nice, but she did not spend enough time addressing the concern I had with my daughter's eye. she was very quick to refer me to an ophthalmologist, but didn't go over things it could possibly be. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my daughter an appointment until November, so if this is something to be concerned with, it is not being addressed in a timely manner.
I love how they all were so attentive to my needs and concern. They were willing to listen and understand and that is everything!
Dr. Kiger is one of the best and I plan on scheduling with her for all future appointments!
