I have always been totally satisfied with Children's Hospital.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. De La Torre, he is a very good, knowledgeable doctor who I would definitely recommend to anyone.
very nice and competent. straight to the point and listened to me.
Dr. Del A Torre is amazing.
I think the doctor is excellent at helping my child with his issues. I am very impressed with the whole staff at children's hospital.
The first appointment we had at Children's Hospital of Upmc we ended up seeing Dr. De La Torre and he ended up performing a biopsy. We have heard stories of people who have Hirschprung disease and have bad experiences with it. I feel Dr. De La Torre knows what he is doing when it comes to treating Hirschprung disease.
excellent Doctor and professional staff
the team is always great. I appreciate it.
Dr. De la Torre is an exceptional physician we feel very fortunate to have right in our back yard. He is wonderful with our chilfreb
Dr. Delatorre is a very good Dr. He takes the time to explain everything. He answers questions that I have regarding my sons care. He is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to anyone whose child is in this situation.
The best doctor! The best staff! Would go anywhere in the world to continue to see him and Kim.
awesome doctor and Kim
We absolutely love Dr. De La Torre and his team, I have referred friends to him for their children and always have had good feed back fromthem as well! My family is very grateful for the care and support of Dr. D , Kim, and the team! Words can never express how thankful we are what they've done for my son; they've given him a chance at a quality of life we never knew was possible!
Dr. De Le Torre and Kim Cogley were the only professionals out of SEVERAL who were able to help my daughter in what seemd like an endless nightmare. I will always have respect for that. Unfortunately, all of your departments are so overwhelmingly busy I find that anytime I have had to come to Childrens Hospital it is an unorganzied chaotic mess.
very impressed with dr de La Torre just wish we didn't have to wait 6+ months to see him!
We had to wait a very long time to see the doctor...at least one hour waiting in the main waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the exam room. Only, to then be sent for x-ray to wait yet again. It would have been nice to get the x-ray taken while we were waiting in the first place.
wouldn't be alive today with him and his staff. my family owes them a debt that can never be repaid.
The Dr was very thorough, and explained it in ways that I would understand my sons issues and condition.
provider and his nurse Kim are excellent!
We are so glad to have ever gone to see Dr. De La Torre. Although the treatment plan has been difficult for my son, we are blessed that his constipation problems are now manageable and his quality of life has improved greatly.
Very friendly staff. Dr was reassuring to a mom who's at her wits end.
We were 15 minutes late to the clinic because we were in X-ray beforehand. After waiting nearly 40 minutes in X-ray, we waited nearly 2 hours to see the doctor. My son is still recovering from surgery and was totally exhausted, hungry, and thirsty by the time we saw the doctor. This resulted in him having a tantrum during the visit and made it very difficult to have an effective conversation. The wait time should be provided during check-in. If I had know it was going to be two hours, I would have taken him for lunch or kept him busy elsewhere for a period of time.
The wait was worth it he was very interested and concerned.
excellent doctor and staff
For the first time in a long time l am very pleased for now first time seeing this Dr Thank you
this provider has gone above and beyond. He's an amazing surgeon . His nurse Kin is incredible she is the definition of what a nurse is. I can not thank them enough for what they have done for my daughter. UPMC is very fortunate to have these two wonderful people on staff .
We love Dr D! He is the best!
Dr and nurse are always nice.
Dr. De La Torre is extremely kind in how he interacts with my child and is giving of his time in that he talks with us as a family regarding our child's condition and ongoing needs. Also, he explains this so that we all are understanding and comfortable with his ongoing care. Excellent provider!!!!
Dr. De la Torre and his nurse Kim spent a lot of time with me discussing my situation. They were very thorough and engaged me in conversation that put me at ease.
This doctor and nurse team are answers to our 18 year prayer! They are both the best team of medical professionals we have ever experienced (and we've experienced a lot). We are extremely fortunate to have them in the Pittsburgh area.
we are very happy to tell you are very excellent !!!
The doc is one of the great one we know!!!
waited an hour to be seen
I am quite pleased with the Doctor and nurse. The way both attend to my son and give him attention to his needs and ask him questions is quite impressive.
we love Dr De La Torre
