Overall, an excellent experience. Very professional care providers as well as staff. I would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.
The care provider was very sweet & put my daughter at ease. She did a wonderful job of explaining everything, even as to why she was asking certain questions. It is obvious that she truly cares about her patients.
I was very pleased with this provider. She spent a good amount of time talking to us regarding my daughter's issue. She listened to my concerns and answered questions thoroughly. She did a good job working with me to proceed with an agreeable game plan.
Dr Ziegler was a joy to work with. Very compassionate about the situation. Spoke very kindly to my daughter.
Very professional and caring.
she was very helpful, respectful, caring and helped us a lot
my child was happy with the caregiver
This provider was rude and dismissive. She lacked basic knowledge and had to leave the room to ask an actual doctor about a concern relative to a medication allergy. She ignored a need expressed by both parent and patient because she has what she called a "personal philosophy." We will NEVER see this person again.
My care provider was very caring and thorough!
This was our first visit to Michelle and our daughter felt comfortable and satisfied with the care decided upon
Reception was courteous, and rest of staff was very friendly... there was a mix up about our scheduled time, pretty sure it was not on our end... but they did their best to accommodate us, and that was appreciated :^)
Very professional and sympatric
Recognition to Michelle Zeigeler, PA-C ! Outstanding provider and I really appreciate her care, concern and medical expertise
