I liked the games the kids could play in the waiting room. it seemed like a nice office. I like this location better than the moon office.
Excellent provider! it was the first time that we ever met him. He was professional and took his time with my son.
Mr. McTavish was an excellent and thorough provider.
Mitchell was excellent in his overall care and concern for my daughter!
Mitchell was excellent with my son and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!
This is the first time we have seen Mitch and we were super pleased with his care. He was attentive and listened to our concerns and spoke to my child in a manner that was very appropriate for her age.
Sports physical. Mitch was very thorough and took the time to assess a 4x2" sliding injury sustained to ensure it was healing properly. Much appreciated.
He was thorough. His specific tests and questions made sense for the context of the visit.
listened to me. did a thorough exam
This was our first visit with Mitch Mctavich; I was super impressed with how he interacted with my child and his ability to explain the diagnosis clearly. Will ask to see him again for future care.
he spent a lot of time with us. very thorough, i could tell he was carefully thinking and considering my son's best interests. he personally called me the next day to follow up and arranged an appointment for me at childrens which was very helpful and appreciated. he had good bedside manner.
This provider seemed very invested in the health of my newborn. He was not the doctor I usually see which always makes me nervous but he made me feel very comfortable that my daughter was in good hands. When he was unsure about something he brought someone with more experience in for a second opinion. This made me feel confident that my daughter was receiving the very best possible care.
He was very nice.
Mitch was very friendly and upbeat. He made my child feel at ease.
All good, I like this office very much.
We really appreciate the time the PA spent with my son. He listened to our concerns and seemed very caring.
we waited over 40 mins past the appt time and we were in the room over 30 mins between nurse and dr- my son was very sick with strep - wait was unacceptable!
he was very personable and listened to our concerns
Everything was wonderful at our appt. The provider Mitch McTavish handled my concerns about my daughter's condition with respect and knowledge.
This Dr/PA, was just wonderful-what a breath of fresh air to listen as my grandson was given 100% attention and treated so kindly! our health system needs more health care providers like dr mactavish (sp?)
Mitchell was awesome; he interacted very well with my child! he got right on his level to talk to him and tried to make the experience a fun one for my child!
i think in overall this provider is very good !
We are always happy with the care at the moon office!
always great, thank you
We waited over 30 minutes for the doctor to come into the exam room. Upon waiting that long, I had to go ask the nurse when we were going to be seen. He came into the room 5 minutes later, apologizing b/c he had been seeing another patient relating to an emergency room visit. It is unacceptable for someone, especially a sick child, to wait 35 minutes in an exam room to see a provider.
Mitch is great. He is always so helpful and kind when we see him.
very nice. my son related to him well. we will see him again.
Just concerned that it took me pointing out the yellow/green goo coming from her eyes prior to getting a prescription. Prior to my commenting on it, it was a viral infection that I was to only treat with Tylenol and/or Motrin. The provider seemed thorough but he also seemed inexperienced. Very kind and great bedside manner, but I don't know that I would see him again unless necessary.
Mitchell McTavish has great "bedside manner" and is wonderful with my teenage son and myself. He allowed my son to answer questions about himself, yet was respectful to me when I added some info a parent. He is a wonderful provider for teens.
Very good appointment. He took time to do a thorough evaluation.
Ths staff is always friendly and considerate of my child's needs. They take their time and make you feel like you're getting a thorough check up and make sure to go over any concerns or questions that you have.
