provider was prompt. listened to my concerns. explained her thoughts on my child's condition. very good with my 4 week old child and patient.
I honestly have no complaints.
always behind schedule
We waited for over an hour after the appointment time before we saw the doctor. We arrived 20 minutes prior to the appointment time, but still didn't see the doctor for over an hour after our scheduled time.
Our appointment was at 9:50am. We were not seen until 10:45. We were brought back to exam room at 9:50 and told the doctor would be right in. After 30 min I asked if we could go back into waiting room where my 5 year-old could play. The sign showed Dr. Naik was "on-time" when she clearly wasn't.
always top grade care!!
we had to wait a while to see the dr but it wasnt her fault and the staff was so nice and helpfuk during this time
We are very thankful for Dr. Naik. She has worked with our child since he was 4 days old. She knows him. She always listens to us and to him. She takes her time and explains so that we are confident when we leave that we know what to do for him.
