The doctor was very good at understanding my daughter's medical history and our family history. She took time to ask my daughter and myself questions, appropriately engaging and encouraging my daughter. She was very professional but friendly.
Very pleased with Dr Viswanathan's thoroughness. The assistant had not removed my daughter's hair clip when taking her height. Dr. Viswanathan caught it, rechecked the height and got an accurate measurement which prevented us from needing more tests, having more anxiety, and spending more time. My daugter's growth was normal, not abnormal. What a relief to have an accurate and thorough doctor to work with!
She took extra time to calm some fears my child has about an upcoming test. Really explained to him what was going to happen, step by step, and took the time to make sure HE understood as well as me.
Dr. Viswanathan was very attentive and listened to everything that was in response to her questions or in answer to our questions. She spoke in a way that both my daughter and I could understand easily.
The NA that drew my son's blood sample was excellent as was her assistance. He does not like his annual blood draw. They did an excellent job in keeping him calm and performing the procedure quickly and accurately. Dr. Viswanathan was also very helpful in explaining the changes to his sliding scale, especially since it took me a few tries to process the information.
Loved the doctor. She was very thorough!
Dr. Viswanathan is an excellent doctor who makes my daughter feel very comfortable. She takes her time and develops a relationship with all of us which makes our visits more pleasurable. We have a tremendous amount of respect for her and see her as a caring individual.
Dr. Viswanathan always treats me with respect and compassion and is truly concerned with my health and my well being. very personable and kind.
we live Dr V. she makes my son who has anxiety feel calm. he adores her as do we. she has been amazing in helping my son through his delayed puberty calming me and my son down.
Both Dr. Viswanathan and the PA Haley White were professional, thorough, and kind to my daughter, who was very scared about the appt. They explained everything very well to me and my husband.
The Dr. is very nice and very helpful. She wasn't is a rush to get out of the room. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The nurse he had was very nice.
