everyone in the office was very nice and made sure I understood everything they said.
Very pleased with the care we received!
I love the doctor he seen! she is very patient and kind with all 3 of my children
We always get excellent care at CCP Sarver!
Dr Swanson is amazing and is so compassionate towards my kids. We reallyenjoy having her.
Rebecca is always considerate, kind, compassionate and caring. She always has a smile on her face and is attentive to our needs. She is fully focused on the patient in her care and treats each of my children with care and respect. Cannot say enough good things about Rebecca Swanson. Thank you.
excellent doctor, great bedside manner. Highly recommended to others.
It was a good experience and I will continue to use this provider.
This was the first time we ever saw Becky, and we really liked her. I would request her again in the future!
I was told my son had pneumonia and I ask the priovider if he needed a chest X-ray she responded "THAT WOULD BE STUPID" going on to tell me she can hear the fluid and that a chest x Ray would do nothing. I truly couldn't be believe my ears... I'm a concerned mom that my 6 year old boy has pneumonia and then Im told my question is stupid? I will refuse to see this woman again.
Mrs.Swanson was excellent, she took her time with my twins & I. My son was very very sick, he was on a steorid & two anitbiotics an it did nothing for him, so he was very annoyed & fussy. She didn't get mad or annoyed with him, she was very gentle. She explained everything to me & answered all my questions. Like I said Mrs.Swanson was great!
Provider seemed rushed for time. Completley nice and respectful but rushed. Thr last thing you want while worrying about your child's health is to feel you are rushed and maybe something is being missed. Providers need longer time slots for visits to avoid this.
we really like Rebecca
I trust everyone in this office and they have always taken care of my daughter. The doctors, nurses, and staff go above and beyond.
We never have a problem with the care provider. She's always polite, listens and explains everything to where we fully understand.
great care. love this office
overall the nurse practitioner was helpful. however, she did make a snarky comment upon her arrival into the room regarding my decision to use an urgent care. I felt that her own personal feelings regarding the urgent care came through in her tone, which was unnecessary.
We were seen quickly and didn't have a long wait at any point of time we were there.
I feel like I didn't get my questions answered. When I told her what I thought might be going wrong, she interrupted me and said "i'll ask the questions." I was truly in shock. We saw the doctor Friday and it is now Wednesday, and I still have not heard the test results. I am calling now on my break. Also someone handed me a sample of kids daily culterell (sp) and said the doctor suggested this due to my sons tummy issues. The directions state to ask a physician if over 2 years of age, my son is 16 months. I won't take my children to see this particular doctor again.
Becky Swanson did an excellent job of calming my child and making him feel at ease in order to administer a strep test. He was very upset and would not allow anyone else to even look into his mouth, but she was so wonderful and reassuring with him, it was a huge relief to me. Thank you Becky!
Ms. Swanson was excellent. I could not have been happier with her knowledge and care! She was both professional and friendly. We had never seen her before but will definitely ask for her again if Dr. Kepler is not available.
She was extremely thorough, and provided excellent service. We were very pleased.
Rebecca Swanson was very nice and took her time with my daughter. she gave she a good physical and answered any questions we had. I would definitely schedule another appointment with her.
Very professional, friendly and easy to understand.
very kind, thorough and patient. answered all questions and handled all forms efficiently
very thorough, kind, and accommodating. Had paperwork and lab testing and everything was received very well
We had a good experience at CCP. The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She answered questions that we had and we feel she provided appropriate care for my child. I'm always skeptical when I go to a doctor's office and seen by someone other than an MD. In this case, it was a good experience.
everytime I go in for an appointment the receptionists asks me my address, phone number and when I tell her it hasn't changed she says well I need you to tell me the information. That is not necessary, if I say it hasn't changed I shouldn't have to repeat it constantly!
I really like Dr. Swanson. She is great with my kids and I will request her for their visits.
She was very pleasant and genuinely cared about my child.
very good and professional practice.
Rebecca Swanson is very thorough, compassionate, and sincere in providing the beat health and wellness care for my child.
Everything was good.
Great experience. Rebecca Swanson is wonderful and the kids enjoyed her way of interacting with them.
Rebecca Swanson was informative. I wasn't impressed with her exam of my son. We were there for a sick visit and she rushed through the exam "poking and prodding" rather roughly. My son kept saying "oh ah" each time, I don't think she took into consideration that he was feeling achy from the virus he was battling. She then rudely commented on how he continued to make noises with her rough movements. I understand she had many "sick" kid to see in such a short time, she could be more gentle. I don't recommend her if you child's not feeling well.
My child received excellent care. All staff were courteous and professional. Ms. Swanson provided very clear and thorough diagnosis and care instructions.
This provider was rude and rushed. She trivializes my child's appointment telling us a medication should have just been called in. she told us everyone was sick and if we weren't sick when we came in, we would be when we left, which upset my daughter as she's just getting over an illness. she was incredibly rude and rushed to the point that I doubt the ability of her to even assess my child. She also did not answer my question regarding allergies related to an antibiotic ointment my daughter was to take as she has a penicillin allergy. extremely disappointed in this visit. I do not ever want my child seen by this rude woman again.
I'm always happy to get Ms. Swanson when I call in for a sick appointment for one of my kids.
