Biography Summary

In 2005, Robin Gehris, MD, joined the faculty at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is part of the only dedicated full-time pediatric dermatology office located in Wexford. Both pediatric dermatologists are doubly board-certified.

  • Triple-board certified in Pediatric Dermatology, Dermatology and Pediatrics
  • Training: Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburg of UPMC, where she served as pediatric chief resident. She also completed a Dermatology residency, dermatology chief residency and pediatric dermatology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.
  • Memberships: American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology, and the Pittsburgh Academy of Dermatology
  • Authored many articles and has given national presentations in her field
  • Serves as preceptor for dermatology and pediatrics residents
