Rosalie is always kind, a patient listener, and thorough in her exam and explanations.
My child had hand, foot, and mouth, and it was missed by this provider. He had blisters in his mouth that were not mentioned and blisters on his feet that were not even checked. My son has a high tolerance for pain and never once complained to me about the blisters on his feet it wasn't until my oldest daughter got blisters the next day that I checked my son's feet and saw that he had blisters as well.
Dr was prompt and paid attention to my child's concerns. She interacted well with him
always a pleasant experience
My daughter has been coming to Erie Pediatrics since she was a baby and I have had only good experiences at this office. Thank you.
Always a great experience with this provider and the entire practice in general. Always recommend them to anyone looking for great care.
I love Rosie. I would like Rosie everytime we come to the office.
Rosie went over my daughter's recent medical care, and helped me decide whether to go through their office or to a specialist for her medication management. She listened to our questions and answered them completely, and made sure we didn't have questions or concerns that went unheeded.
The provider was excellent. I felt comfortable leaving the appointment and knowing what to watch for. The provider even asked me to call on Monday with an update on how my son was doing.
Rosalie Smith & office staff were very good at her well visit.
Just one suggestion, it would be nice if the PA could introduce themselves when they walk in.
Was a good visit
informative and answered all my questions.
I have always been happy with the PA's in this office. I appreciate that they have enough staff that my son can be seen right away when necessary.
Rosie was excellent! she listened to or concerns very well, spent time with us and our son she even went out to get Dr Barber for a 2nd opinion, which is really comforting to have two providers collaborating on our case. I love that the PA's and Dr's work together. That is what true care is all about.
I was really pleased with Rosalie's attentiveness and just overall concern for my daughter. Her advice/diagnosis was comforting and trustworthy. I will happily see her again if Dr. Weibel isn't available for a visit.
I am leaving this practice.
Rosealie was very sensitive to my child's worry today about having to do a swab test. very compassionate.
Very good experience. Aide/tech and PA were both exceedingly kind and knowledgeable.
Rosie is a wonderful alternative when Dr Weibel is booked up:)
I have always been very satisfied with the care we have received at Erie Pediatrics. I have been taking my kids here since they were born and they are teenagers now.
I absolutely love bringing my kids here everybody is friendly and very proffesional
Great docs! Great assistants! Average clerical staff. Longer than expected wait times to get appointments, but hoping this is due to the transition from three docs to two. It just seems like everyone is in a rush, which makes it hard to feel like they're listening to you. Rosie did a great job of taking her time, showing empathy, asking good questions and really listening to the answers.
Rosie was fantastic- she was very friendly and took the appropriate amount of time to meet with us. We needed a follow up visit at the hospital and she could tell I was worried and she helped keep me at ease.
Rosalie Smith is wonderful.
Dr. Barber is absolutely the best doctor I could hope to find. Our ideals about healthcare jive quite well. I feel the same about others in the office my son has seen. I did think the wait time was too much, and would have appreciated an acknowledgement of it, but since it doesn't seem to be the norm, I would not complain. Just a courtesy to acknowledge the over 45-minute wait
rosalie is great and was very good with my daughter
we were there a total of an hour for a quick strep test. three kids waiting that long was very irritating. I don't know why the delay. (an early morning walk-in for the exact same condition took no more than 15 minutes.
Rosalie was very knowledgeable and professional. she took time to listen to our concerns & asked lots of questions.
we normally see Rosie and she is always kind and patient will all our questions.
I really appreciated that the staff took the time to listen to the problems that my child was having, and got her in asap to see her to make sure she was okay.
