I can always call Sandy and she gets back to me as soon as possible.

Always a good experience with my child's provider
we love Sandy McRandal. She is always positive and thorough.
Sandra is an excellent provider! She always exceeds my expectations and I have high expectations.
everything was great with my child's provider
She is a wonderful doctor
my care provider is excellent. we had her since all my kids were newborns.
Sandra McRandall is Excellent, and it's always a pleasure to see her and bring my girls in for care by her. She cares and gives them excellent advice concerning their care. My daughter's are even so fond of her and very comfortable with her care.
sandy is the best!
doctor sandra is the best doctor a kid could ask for. the stuff is wonderful there as well.
the provider my child has is always attentive. She acknowledges my child and always does her best for them.
it's always a pleasant experience at doctors visits. Dr.mcrandel is always relaxed, patient, and listens more to our concerns rather than reciting medical information. Seem to have a passion for children and follows up with my child's care every time
I feel that the provider could have spend more time with my child. I did appreciate how she was able to get an referral for an EMT provider.
my baby was greated with a small teddy bear and book during the visit. Everyone was nice and respectable to us.
waiting time was way too long. had to wait for over an hour.
Sandy is just as much concerned as I am about my son's condition. She sees him on a regular basis while I try to coordinate his care and is always coming up with ideas on how to help. She always calls me right away when I email her. I am glad that I chose her as my PCP so long ago!
Sandy is always efficient and takes her time with any and all concerns.
Sandy has worked with our children for most of their lives. she is always caring and willing to listen. she cares bottom line.
Sandy has always been an above and beyond Doctor, she is very thorough and she make sure that any issues that you see were she sees will be further investigated. She has been my provider since I was two years old and I don't want to see anyone but her.
Mrs.McRandall was the best by far, that I've ever came across. she was thorough, respectful, and concerned about my child
during the visit Sandra Mcrandal was willing to wait outside the room with my older two children while our 4month old received her shots - I was quite relieved by this as they were becoming upset/anxious for the baby (not wanting her to get the shots). I appreciate her willing to stay the few extra moments with our family allowing the nurse to administer the 4month shots without the older two children having to watch.
Practitioner was excellent and the receptionist was skilled in her obligations and duties. The nurse aids that administered the shots were kind and responsive to the situation.
This is my first baby and I came to his check up with a whole list of questions. hours doctor listened and answered each of them in a kind and thorough way. She was great, I'm looking forward to his future appointments.
Only reason for excess time waiting in the exam room was the the provider had an emergency call to return prior to seeing my daughter . Ms. Randal was so informative and Patient with all of my children in the room. she is a wonderful and competent and caring NP
Care was excellent
she was easy to talk to and very kind gentle with my baby easy to understand.. very helpful
Sandra says the best provider. she always listens and does a thorough job. She never rushes us and always make sure she addresses our concerns. I would recommend her to any and everyone that is looking for an outstanding provider.
Sandra is the best provider that I have ever been around. she is understanding, knowledgeable, supportive, and just outstanding. I have so much respect for her, because she always takes her time and addresses all my concerns.
She did not tell my son what she was doing to him physically during the exam. She DID NOT want him that she was about to do a steep culture. She took out the long cotton swap, told him to open his mouth. I feel she should have explained she was going to scrap his tonsils & it might make him feel as though he was gagging. As an adult, I would be uncomfortable if a Dr. or Nurse Practitioner did this to me. As for a child, it made him uncomfortable. She also just lifted his shirt to listen to his heart, etc. without telling him or asking him to do so. He's old enough to be asked to do that himself. She was knowledgeable & thorough in the exam. She answered all my questions but never really addressed my son directly. I believe he is old enough to participate in some aspects of his health. Being treated as though he is a person, not just another appointment, helps develop relationships with any medical professional he comes into contact with in the future.Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
Dr. Sandy makes the children feel comfortable and not afraid to go to the doctors.
