Excellent provider. He took his time, was very kind, and thorough.
Related a bladder condition as small bladder. Without doing any testing. Would have like to at least seen a blood tests for diabetes, since it runs in family. But was not even asked the question. Did do a culture screen to seed if there was infection.
always had good experiences with all doctors and the nurses at ccp altoona
Scott took his time with my daughter and I. He asked us questions and listened to our answers. He provided a thorough exam and ordered more testing that I thought was appropriate and necessary. The offfice called me with results and provided follow up.
my son really liked this provider. This providers attitude and bedside matter was great! bedside manner is a major deal to us and this man was outstanding. keep up the great work!!
My child absolutely loved this provider. He was very interactive with my son at all times. To this day my son is still telling the jokes that was shared.
overall we really enjoy the services provided by the staff. they are friendly and courteous ..and are always smiling.
Scott is an excellent PA. He listens, shows care and concern for our child and gives us the treatment she needs.
Scott was exceedingly warm, welcoming, and informative during our visit. He answered all my questions clearly, showed empathy and support, and interacted very well with my child. He made the visit fun and relaxed for my child, myself, and my husband. He took time to speak with all of us. When I asked a specific question he hadn't dealt much with, he demonstrated extreme professionalism by seeking out a CCP doctor for more information to assist me during the visit. I requested to see Scott for our next visit.
I will never bring my daughter/ daughters to see him again !
After this visit, I cannot say enough good things about Scott. There were several issues going on with my daughter at the time of our appointment, and he addressed each concern with me. He listened to my questions and answered in a way that I understood. He was very thorough and took his time, making sure my daughter and I both were able to voice concerns about her health. He took everything we said seriously and was in no way dismissive about anything brought up. He also made sure we had information about providers that may benefit my daughter. Last, he requested that I make a follow-up appointment with him so he can make sure everything is going well.
He is condescending and lacks empathy.
Dr. Scott has the best approach to communicating with kids and also relaying important information to parents. We were very pleased with his overall care and highly recommend him to other parents.
a question was asked to the provider and he made it seem as though we were not parenting our child properly. I do not like to be criticized for small things, such as my child using a pacifier at bed time. I am well aware we need to wean her off, but we aren't there yet. I do not appreciate him not responding to our question, but simply restating the same response over and over. This felt very degrading and was not acceptable.
Scott used humor to connect with my child. She is usually timid around new people but she opened up to him.
Scott does an excellent job. He thoroughly examines him, listens to any concerns an communicates great with the parent and child.
The provider gave us a positive experience.
My son loves Scott. We request him.
related well with my child and talked to her not just me
this is the second time we have been with Scott. he is very kind and friendly and makes me feel very confident in what I'm doing daily for my child. being a new mom is scary and he has answered all my questions and given his opinions and advice for everything I have asked. if he was unsure he found out right away.
I felt the doctor was very thorough. Another PA was shadowing him and so he was showing her things about my daughter. When he showed her the scoliosis, he used a heightened voice, almost of excitement, for the severity of her scoliosis. This deeply upset my child. She is already so self conscious and for him to verbally explain the severity to the PA was heartbreaking.
As a parent, I appreciate Dr. Scott and his kindness to my children and thorough examination of them! He is very gifted in this profession!
I've had a few bad experiences in the past with a certain doctor. This was the first time we've seen Scott and he was amazing. He will be on my "request list"!
The experience I had with my doctor was helpful, though I told him that months ago I was 5'9 but recently became close to 5'8, and instead of showing concern, the doctor acknowledge that I grew since my last visit despite numerous visits with Primary Health Network saying my height has fluctuated between 5'8 and 5'9.
Scott is wonderful with the patients. He had a student doctor with him and she did a great job with the examination. I recommend anyone using Scott for an appointment
my child's care provider was very thorough in his exam. he explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner. He was very Kind to my child and sensitive to her needs.
I was happy with Scott's care of my son. However, the day before was his actual physical with Dr. Kerry Baker. I looked at my appointment paper and mistakenly thought our appointment was at 10:15 AM so we arrived for this appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist informedme not very nicely that it was at 10. I explained that I thought it was at 10:15. The doctor refused to see my son. I was very upset by this as I have been coming here for 14 years with 3 kids and have never been late. I could not believe that they were not understanding that I truly thought the appointment was at 10:15. I thought this was very poor customer service and will let all my parent friends know this. I can understand you cannot be late on a routine basis. I think if someone is truly 15 minutes late because of a true mistake, I think some kind of understanding could have been taken. I have waited on doctors there for more than 15 minutes in the past.
I like this provider; however, I never feel like I get answers when I go. My daughter has had a fever with swollen lymph nodes. She shows few other symptoms. I didn't get any answers. I don't feel like providers in this office know their patients. I always feel like a number. Too many patients and too few doctors.
Scott is wonderful! always listens and treats us both with respect. Takes time and is very caring.
vertel knowledgable and kind
My son really like Scott. He & I would both like to only see him or Dr Baker from here on out. These two really listen to my son & are very respectful to him. They genuinely seem to care, and in my opinion, are the best 2 in the office.
Always a professional experience, when seeing any Doctor at this location.
my kids love him.he is very easy to talk to when it comes to talking about whats wrong with my kids or what i need to do for my kids.
I'm always pleased with the time taken with my child. The entire staff is very courteous, down-to-earth, and informative.
Anytime we've seen this doctor he has always been pleasant and alert and concerned for my child
dr was very easy to talk to and explained illness very well and treatment very well.
my son likes having Scott as his PA. He helps him feel at ease and answers and asks questions that he can understand.
Awesome. Hope to see him every time for sick and well visits.
my son was very comfortable talking with this provider
Scott was very nice and it was our first time meeting him. My child is very shy but was comfortable during his appointment. I was very pleased!
Everyone at the office is always so pleasant. Even during a winter storm, they were able to get us in ASAP to have my child checked out!
I was very pleased with how we were treated by Scott and the entire staff!
The PA Scott that my child saw was very nice listened to our concerns and provided good care and appointment visit for my child
Scott was knowledgeable, a good listener, patient, and responsive to my questions and my child's concerns about her health. I also appreciated his pleasant demeanor. Thank you.
Scott did a very thorough assessment of my daughter, and I will ask for him when her doctor isn't available.
Luckily, we rarely need sick visits. We have seen Scott once for each child. He is fantastic!
I wish they would've ordered some sort of testing but he didn't and here we are a week later still having the issue! when we left he said while on this medicine for 5 days she should start feeling better and just continue the medicine for a couple months! but if she didn't feel better in five days we were to call back! I called in today which is a week later and they said give it a couple more days!!! I'm hoping it's not something more serious than her just being constipated!!!!!
The visit was to get stitches removed. I appreciate the timeliness and compassion of the staff. The appointment was quick and painless.
He was a very personable Physicians assistant, look forward to seeing him in the future when needed
Brandenberger was great. My son needed to provide a urine sample but when it came time to do it, he froze up. The staff was helpful in giving us time. I was able to get my son to drink some water (get my allergy shot upstairs since CCP and Dr. Rosch are in the same building) come back and try again. Once they had the sample, they tested it right away and then Scott Brandenberger took the time to come out and discuss the results. Cannot thank the office enough for their kindness and understanding.
This was our first visit to CCP after transferring from another office and I was extremely pleased!
Dr. Scott was very thorough with our visit. I was pleased how he took time to understand the patient's problem.
Scott was wonderful with my daughter. He even brought in a doctor to also look at her symptoms, which made me feel much more comfortable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing certain things to both me and my daughter.
CAP is an excellent medical provider. Everyone is so kind and show care for our child.
Scott was super friendly and comforting. Which is great when a sick, nervous child is present. He was super thorough and asked if there was anything else that we wanted him to be aware of or address. Great bedside manor.
He is always very kind with myself and children.
Scott is friendly and cares for his patient.
I have loved this office since my first son was born! I wish that you could have a copy for adults!!! well done!
did not see any staff member wash their hands before examining my child, taking her vitals, etc. this could have been done prior to entering the exam room, but it is comforting to see it first hand.
Scott was very professional and courteous. Both of my children would like to see him again.
Love Scott. He is so welcoming and friendly. He is knowledgeable and caring. He is wonderful with making sure you child feels comfortable during the exam by letting them stay with mom or dad, especially when they are ill. He is very thorough and is very attentive. I never feel rushed or that my questions/concerns are not important. I trust in Scott as a provider. If my child's normal doctor is not available I ask to see Scott.
always listens to my concerns very pleasant atmosphere no complaints
very courteous and friendly
This was our first visit with Scott We were very pleased with him
Doctor showed concern for my child to the point of asking his colleagues' opinion.
Scott was so nice! My son really liked him and he was so good with my son !
I was very pleased with the time and care Scott took for my daughter. He even went to confer with other doctors, about course of treatment needed and I respect that greatly!
It was the first time we saw this provider. We were satisfied.
this was our first experience with this practice and it was very positive. thank you
Receptionists were very nice and fun, they tried to make my daughter smile even though she was sick. Emily was also wonderful, she was very nice and she did my daughter's strep screen very fast. Scott was amazing. He was so nice. Scott made my daughter feel comfortable about getting checked out, he made the visit inviting and stress free for a toddler. I loved that he explained what he was going to do before he did it. As an adult I knew what the exam would entail but Scott explained everything to my daughter, in a way that a small child would understand. It was very nice to not have her scream for an exam. He is very approachable and made me feel at ease. I liked the fact that Scott allowed my daughter to sit on my lap while he did his exam, especially since she wasn't feeling well. It was a great visit and I would definitely see Scott again.
He was very nice and listened to my son. My son really liked him and felt comfortable with him.
