I think that if is an issue his heart even though it's benign an explanation of what it is. like a print out would be help
It was a difficult process to get the appointment, but once we did I am very pleased with the doctor we saw. He was kind and very informative. Both I and my son liked him and felt very comfortable talking with him.
Everyone was helpful and treated our little guy with care which we really appreciated.
he is great! so thankful for him and his care!
Dr. West was excellent. He really listened and took his time with us.
Dr. Shawn West has always been great to my son. He listens attentively to our concerns. He always takes extra precautions if we have any concerns about our son he orders tests and makes us feel like he truly cares about our son's well being and overall health. Out of all of the doctors my son has seen I would have have to say that I trust Dr. Shawn West the most. I appreciate how he listens to our concerns and is very soft spoken and explains things in a way that we can understand.
provider did not even examine the patient!!!!!!!!!! Only talked about test taken, what test to take etc etc
I'm very happy with my experience.
Initially difficult to tell if the doctor was delivering good or bad news... he comes across as a little bit gloomy, which made us take a few minutes to realize that nothing was wrong with our child.
everything was excellent during the visit
very nice, friendly, compassionate. listened to my concerns. seemed genuinely concerned about our issue. I liked that.
warming up to us as individuals. very patient with us and addressed all of our concerns. I am really pleased we transferred to him. he always ensures timely follow up.
we waited 2 hours to see the doctor. after a little over an hour I said something. we are now looking for a new doctor my daughter was late for work. we had a 2:00 appointment and was not seen till also 4 and Home 5:30. my daughter had work at 4:00. which she was late.
waited over an hour past our appointment time to be seen with a two year old
Dr. West went into a lot of detail and speculation, I had to clarify multiple times if he was suggesting my son needed what he was talking about or if he was trying to educate me. It was almost like he was thinking out loud but he doesn't realize mom and dad's can't follow a train of thought they 1. don't understand and 2. is frightening.
everyone was so good with my 3 year old. they made her feel comfortable and relaxed!
