There was a bit of redundancy (perhaps this is usual to calm nervous parents?) when the doctor talked with us. Despite being seen for something minor, there seemed to be a stress on phrases like, "this is definitely not a life-altering prognosis," which made me more nervous then before we went in. There were also some contradictions between the doctor and PA with regards to the follow-up tests that were recommended.
provider was great
Dr. Williams was so thorough and helpful. She took the time to listen and explained things so my daughter and I could both understand. She also helped us plan for decreasing prescriptions if the future. We enjoyed our visit with Dr. Williams.
Dr Williams is great. She has been working with my daughter for 10 years now.
we always have great care when seeing Dr Williams
I feel like Dr Williams is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like our needs were taken care of 100%
Dr Williams and Robin (CRNP) were both excellent. waiting in the exam room for over two hours was a bit extreme.
Dr. Williams is AWESOME!
I'm very happy with Dr Williams
we are relocating to another state. we told the nurse and as the dr. came in the room she gave me a referral who she had worked with and a print out of my sons medical records. she was so helpful
Dr. William's is very understanding and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and reassuring. Thank you.
Dr. Williams and her Nurse are the best
Dr. Williams is very thorough and understanding, she takes time to listen and addresses all concerns and explains things very well.
the best neurologist and Tsc specialist that I have ever met . She always meets my child's needs .
quick, but attentive and understanding.
it was good. dr was great and the PA was awesome!!!!!
I was very pleased with this doctor and her P.A.. I am looking forward to continuing my daughters care with them.
Dr. Williams and her PA her very personable and engaging with my daughter and myself.
provider was very clear and professional. presented difficult-to -hear information in straight-forward, compassionate way.
Dr. Williams is always excellent and very caring. I am legal guardian for my son for whom this appointment was for. I trust her with his life. She is an outstanding doctor.
The staff and the PA and Dr. Williams all provided us with great care. When we arrived, the staff said the DR is running behind...by TWO HOURS! I was very much taken aback as no one mentioned to me the amount of time I would have to carve out for the appt. I didn't think we could stay - but they were very attentive to us and the wait time was about 30 min. We so appreciated that. Waiting to two hours for a DR is just not acceptable. It's extremely inconsiderate of others' time(especially when children are expected to wait that long..) to expect we will just wait for the DR. But the staff could not have been more helpful. They were wonderful and I will most definitely recommend this office!
Dr Williams is excellent in her practice.
dr and staff were great but our appt was at noon and we weren't seen until 12:40. my son had to be taken out of school for this appointment
Very pleased with doctor's plan of treatment. She was very understanding and knew child's history prior to visit. Would highly recommend!
We love Dr Shelley Williams and her staff. They have all been an integral part of our children's neurological health. Because of her diligence, we found the right medication and our children's conditions have been stable and they've been able to live normal lives without giving into the fear that surrounds their disorder.
