very understanding and through
the doctor was not aware of prescriptions he takes nor dosages. she was not clear when speaking to him. She was questioning previous medical decisions and did not seem concerned for his overall health.
Dr. Raman spent much time reviewing and making sure we understood all of the testing my child had done and what the next steps for treatment are. We are very pleased with her bedside manner as well as her wealth of knowledge and expertise. She related so well with my 15 year old daughter to make sure she understood and was sensitive to her feelings and concerns. We appreciate her very much!
Usually when my child sees the endocrinologist, a physical exam is done during the appointment but that didn't happen at this appointment. Also I found the comment, "You are done growing. Sorry but it's true." to be very rude. This is a sensitive topic to my child.
Dr. Raman mostly spoke to me (mom) but she did address my daughter and asked her to speak up and ask questions if she has any. I thought it was important that she acknokwdeged this visit was concerning my daughters health, and she wanted to hear from her as well.
did not understand why I was coming in for my scheduled appointment, main reason being I transferred lab results
Dr Raman is not only a doctor but she relates as a mom and that what makes her outstanding.
Dr Ramen spent a lot of time explaining things to myself and my son. she is very patient and understanding. she went above and beyond to be sure we felt comfortable with everything she was saying today.
the dr was very attentive and explained everything very clearly
doctor and intern were good...
she was patient and remembered us and bery informative
It's definitely a good experience. Dr. Raman had explained in great detail and in a way preempted many of our questions. We feel Dr. Raman listened to us sincerely and provided honest and expert advice.
the Dr. was kind and spoke to my child as the pt.
We were referred to the office by my daughter's pcp for a concern that she could possibly be showing signs of early puberty at age 2.5. As a parent this is something very terrifying to think of. When I called to make an appointment the soonest available was over a month away. I took the very first available appointment. we showed up 20 minutes early as we knew we had to fill out paper work. We were taken back to the treatment room right at our appointment time. Nurses & staff were very friendly. We waited an hour & 10 minutes for the dr to come in. I was not very happy about this. I showed up early & my time is just as important as the drs. It's near impossible to keep a 2.5 year old entertained in a small room where she can not touch another for an hour and 10 minutes. the dr was not even apologetic about the situation. Once the dr was in the room she spent 5 minutes with us.
She was a bit harsh on some things. She needs to be a lot more encouraging to her teenage patients. She clearly does not understand what it is like for diabetic patients. She cannot empathize with the patient or the parent.
Our doctor was caring and covered all our questions helpfully.
excellent physician who spoke directly to my daughter, took time to answer questions, explained things very well
The doctor that saw my son was very kind and courteous. And had general concern for my son and wanting to help to find the issue so treatment could be provided.
excellent, caring provider
the provider was very nice and listened to our concerns. unfortunately we did not get any solutions to the problem and are back to square one.
Everyone was warm and caring and did not make me feel rushed
Dr. Raman was wonderful and treated my daughter excellent! I was very impressed and very happy with her care. Thanks.
Dr. Raman took plenty of time with us. She took time to talk to me alone as the mother and I appreciated that. I felt very comfortable with her. After the appointment, I realized that I still had some questions. I called and left a message with Dr. Raman's nurse today. I am waiting for a return call.
