Amazing care for a sick little boy from all staff involved!
the NP does not seem sure of herself. this is my 2nd time having her consult. I also did not like the fact that she did not mention that my child had a trach or she had mono in the past. i strongly believe my daughter has a sinus infection. She was diagnosed with a virus. if she's still suffering at the two week mark give us a call. it's just frustrating.
This provider & office are excellent. They are very efficient. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room. In addition, all of the providers we've seen have spent plenty of time of addressing both my child's and my concerns. They are easy to talk to, patient, and great at educating. Also, the office has many other resources that are helpful like an onsite lactation consultant & social workers.
Stephanie Nino is caring, consciousness, and attentive to needs. She suggested bloodwork which led to more answers.
everyone at this office is phenomenal
She was all around great. She talked to Jason to let him know what she was doing and why during his exam. She was friendly snd knowledgable. We were very satisfied with the visit.
this provider is very easy to talk to and very kind.
Stephanie is amazing!
six children.32 years with this practice. still wonderful providers.
This was a good experience with Stephanie Nino. We would usually see Jennifer Schzure, CRNP, but she recently left this location so we began seeing Sara O'Brien, CRNP. She wasn't available for the time we needed for my daughter's physical and well child check up, so we chose Stephanie Nino, PA-C. I have been bringing my kids to this location for a number of years, and have been very pleased with everyone at this location. It is a very professional office, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Stephanie was excellent. I had some concerns and she took the time to explain and reassure me on certain things. She talked to my children and myself with kindness, care and respect.
She was absolutely wonderful, Patient, Kind, and Knowledgable
Great experience with Stephanie Nino. She was very thorough! Both of my boys loved her and felt extremely comfortable with her! Great listener and has a warm and engaging personality! Wonderful asset to the practice! Would definitely ask to see her again!!
Stephanie is an amazing provider and I would recommend her to anyone!!
felt very comfortable in discussing things, felt listened to, definitely keeping as primary care giver
too long of a wait over 1 hour
PA Nino did an excellent job, great addition to our pediatricians staff
My daughter happened to see her last year and we scheduled with her again. It was wonderful how she remembered details from my daughter's appointment last year and even asked about siblings. If it was only because she made notes during the visit, even better. Taking the time to record and remember personal details lends to the whole child wellness and definitely helps put the child at ease!
She seemed inexperienced and didn't try to determine what was wrong with our son. She called in a MD and had them handle the appointment, exam, prescription, and all follow up items.
Dr. Nino was very attentive and listened carefully to my needs. I was very comfortable discussing my health with her.
This was our first visit with Stephanie and it was a great one. Our questions were answered thoroughly and we didn't feel rushed. She was very friendly and easy to open up to.
dr nino was wonderful with my girls she was very thorough especially with the baby Stephanie set everything up to get Yassemine early intervention for her being late on motor skill developmental milestones
The Doctor is wonderful! We just love her!
Stephanie is fantastic with both of my children! She is patient and kind, and shows genuine concern for my concerns as a parent. I feel as though she really cares about each child she sees and treats them the way she would treat her own children. I'm very pleased to see her when I make appointments
Stephanie Nino was absolutely great with my daughter. I would definitely recommend her!!
One of the best appointments I've had!
it was so professional and care a lot about my babys health .
The provider was good. Unfortunately my daughter has the flu so not much can be done but she did explain what to look for if things got bad.
if we can't see Dr. Bennett, we love seeing Stephanie! She is kind, caring and attentive.
Stephanie was wonderful! she was so kind and gentle with my daughter which instantly put my nerves at ease. since my daughter was born we usually only see Dr. Hart but Stephanie made an impact just having one visit I would without a doubt request her as a provider!
it was ok. very very long wait.
first time we saw her and we will. e switching all our kids to her as our primary. she was amazing!
the doctor was kind, easy going and attentive throughout the visit. she was patient and calm with my son while he was crying and that put me at ease too.
Dr. Nino was wonderful at finally providing treatment for my son. We have been dealing with this particular issue for months and I believe we are finally on the right track!
always excellent care, recommend this practice to all
We love Dr. Nino!
didn't give me additional information that I would need to know fromnow until the next visit months from now. being a first time mom I feel like I should be swarmed with information and things to watch for developmental wise I don't know what kinds of questions to ask so I want to be told information
she was very nice and easy to talk to. she was very patient with my almost two year old.
She is the best provider in the network. We love Dr. Nino!
We used to see Jen Szhure for years since she is no longer than we made the appt. with Dr. Levine which would be our first visit with him....he was running behind so they asked us if we would mind seeing Stephanie. She was awesome and we will make future appts with her. Being that my son is now a teen I thought he may prefer a male doctor, but he actually said he felt comfortable with her and would like to continue to see her in the future.
this was one of our quickest visits in a long time and I did a walk in
We have been with this group for 18 years with 4 children. We have also moved away from the office and could've changed if it was a great group.
appreciated PA's concern for my daughters back and ordered xray just to b sure thr isnt a problem.
my daughter is very anxious when going to the doctor but after this visit she said she loved the doctor and can she always see her.
Stephanie was extremely friendly and very helpful with my questions!!
she really took her time and answered all the questions I had. she was really good with the kids as well. she made my husband and I feel very comfortable.
The physician's assistant was very nice in providing care for my child.
This was one of the quickest doctor visits I've ever had! I appreciate the quick, quality services provided for my child. Thank you Dr. Nino
Stephanie was so caring. I was very pleased with our visit.
Dr. Nino was very kind, gentle and understanding. She seemed to genuinely care for my child. I only wish that she would have introduced herself. I wish the same for all nurses. They're caring for and touching my child, asking private information; I should at least know their names. I ask sometimes but am often overwhelmed thinking about my child's illness that I don't think to ask. Then they leave the room and I think "I don't even know who that was."
Takes time, understands from a mom's point of view
Dr too busy, we saw physician assistant. She was great.
The nurse practitioner that we had was awesome and would be more than happy to see her regulary. I loved the fact that she knew about my son's condition and that I didn't have to explain his medical history. I'm one very happy Mom. :)
I was not happy with the provider on this encounter. We typically see a different provider, and he was not available. This provider made comments that made my child cry on the way home, without any regard to his emotional thought process. She was disorganized and after the visit left in a hurry with barely a good bye. I will not see this provider again if I go to this office.
This was our first time seeing Stephanie and she was wonderful!
Very nice & attentive with my child. Would definitely like to see this provider in the future.
appointment was a walk in. long wait but everyone is always great
We were taken in at exactly our appointment time which was 5:15. The nurse checked height and weight, we were put in a room and never saw or heard from anyone again for 45 minutes. If she was running behind it would have at least been nice if someone would have let us know.
its always bad since , I don't want to tell
Stephanie was wonderful
Very pleasant and caring person. Made my child feel comfortable and at ease. Would see her again.
Really good experience but child does not want to wear a paper gown.
I thought this provider was very short with me and my child. she checked her real quick and told me everything looked fine. she looked in her mouth and said it looked completely fine and there was no swelling with her lymph nodes. She was in and out of the room within 5 mins. Then I get the call 3 days later that my daughter has strep. I was not happy at all with this provider.
This has been our Pediatrician for many years & they've always provided the best care.
Hate the long wait before being seen, but absolutely love the doctor's.
absolute one of our best experiences at this location. Very hard to get a appt. Stephanie was AMAZING! The evening receptionist was beyond friendly our best encounter I've had!
I have been coming to CCP for 18 years ~ I love the care and treatment my children receive when we are there for a visit. Everyone is super!!! I have no complaints at all. I only wish the wait-time on the phone was a little shorter. There have been times I have waited for 20 minutes when I call - However, I know you are busy because everyone loves your doctors, nurses and office staff :)
Never have I had a bad experience at this office! We have been coming here since my son was a baby and he is 23, now with my daughter who is 9. I think everyone is always so kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
