this was the first time we saw Dr. A as my child's previous physician retired. I was very pleased with her knowledge of my child's background. It showed that she took the time to review his records before seeing him. My son felt very comfortable with her and we look forward to continuing care with her.
Dr. A is amazing and we love her! She is super patient & takes her time. She listens to all my concerns no matter how small & stupid and makes them feel valid and provides great feedback. She also interacts with my son like she is a family friend and makes him feel so comfortable. She was actually the first person he on his own waved bye to without us trying to get him to do it.
this was our first visit with a new provider after our pediatrician retired. she was wonderful! immediately established a rapport with my daughter and spent time speaking with her privately. both my daughter and I are completely pleased with this transition.
I honestly love Dr. A! she is super sweet, never rushes the appt. & spends enough time with my son. I always come prepared with questions and she always answers them. she is relatable & super sweet. I also love that she is familiar with breastfeeding and very understanding.
His primary care provider is Dannika Wallace, who we really like. When we come in for sick visits, usually realted to my son's asthma symptoms, we see Dr. Atianand. She is wonderful with both my son and myself.
This physician was very knowledgeable and professional. She talked to all of us, which is very important. She made everything she said easy for my child to understand and comprehend.
Great first appointment. Answered all of our questions.
We love Dr. Atianand! She always answers all of our questions thoroughly and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. We are so happy to have found such a great doctor for our son.
Always a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and professional
this office is wonderful all providers we have seen are great and very thourgh..
Always a great experience. Friendly, fun, professional environment.
Dr.A is awesome. She genuinely cared about my child and expresses interest in my concerns. She speaks to me both as my doctor and a fellow parent. She is a wonderful doctor.
I was very happy that she not only interacted with my son, even when he didn't want anything to do with her, but she also listened to me and made a medical decision based on my opinion. the medicine she prescribed and brat diet helped my son stop puking :)
the doctor was the best I have ever encountered and addressed all my concerns and even took the time to read his medical history and reference too it during our visit which was for a sick visit. I felt very comfortable and felt like she answered all my concerns and questions.
I was satisfied. All my questions were answered & concerns addressed.
The doctor is amazing I have no complaints about her.
This was our first visit with the doctor and she was amazing. She remained very calm when my daughter became agitated and upset. I highly recommend this doctor and am excited that she will now be seeing my daughter.
The doctor, nurse and other staff were wonderful. I brought my daughter in because she spiked a high fever at daycare and I assumed it was another ear infection. It turned out to be viral so I felt bad wasting everyone's time, but the doctor was patient, respectful and so compassionate with my daughter, even giving her a popsicle as she was very emotional from the fever. We normally go to the RIDC office, but went to Natrona Heights for the walk-in sick hours and I couldn't have been happier with the service we received.
did not appear to listen to what i was saying, did not even look at his throat when i discussed my concerns with cough.
Dr. Atianand was cery knowledgeable and kind towards my daughters and cared for them as she would her own.
We saw a dr that we do not know and have never seen - the office was super busy that day and i could tell she wasn't going to spend a lot of time with us - we actually finished up in that hall as she was walking out and i had one more questions and she said "we'll talk about that if/when it happens" - kind of a weird comment i thought. Also, she suggested i use an over the counter medication for my 8 year old - i specifically asked her if there was a "kid version" of this - she said no need, just use the regular. When i went to the store to buy this, i (thank goodness) read the label and it said it was for children/adults over the age of 17! Needless to say i did not purchase it or give it to my 8 year old! Was disappointed that she would recommend it...
we waited about an hour to see the doctor but she was attentive to my son once she cam into the exam room. the nurse and reception staff very very friendly and helpful
Dr. A was very kind and attentive. Dr. A made both my son and I feel comfortable and respected.
My daughter really likes Dr. A. Being a 12 year old girl, she is comfortable with her and listens to what she says. She also knows that if she has a question for Dr. A, she can ask it and know that she will get an answer and that the time will be given to her so she's not rushed and uncertain.
This was our first time seeing Dr. A. she was excellent! I had my 3yr old in tow as well which can make appointments more tedious, but Dr. A was kind and included my daughter in the conversation about her brother. We always have such great care at this office, I couldn't ask for much more than what we already receive.
I was about 30 minutes early to the appt. The reception staff got us signed in and let the nurses know we were there. We only waited about 15 minutes before being seen, even though we were very early. The nurse was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job. The doctor we saw was great and answered every question or concern I had.
she is extremely friendly and makes my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed when examining her. spends time asking questions and listening.
Nice person - good job.
Provider is very friendly and attentive. Takes an adequate amount of time with child.
Dr. A is an exceptional physician. She took the time to make my 2 year old feel comfortable during the while exam. She talked to her and listened when she spoke. Dr. A listened to my questions and concerned and made sure she answered them fully. I will be scheduling her for both my children's well visits going forward.
excellent care !
My daughters doctor always makes sure that all of my questions are answered, and dosen't rush me. She's fantastic!
the doctor was inconsiderate of my choice to not give a vaccine. instead of accepting it she belittled me, stated that I was risking future uterine cancer in my child right in front of her, and questioned the reasoning for my beliefs in an arrogant, demeaning manner.
the provider was very friendly and listened very carefully to everything I had to say and all of the questions I had and answered them perfectly
Dr A is very friendly and does not rush to get you in and out like other Drs. willing to listen to all of our questions and give use very good feedback.
Dr. A was very thorough when looking at my daughter's past medical history. I've had same day appointments in the past and sometimes I feel like the doctors try to get patient in and out too quickly. They don't review past history as well as Dr. A did today. It was very refreshing to see her take as much time as was needed to answer all my questions considering she wasn't my daughter's primary pediatrician. I would definitely love to see her for future visits.
dr was very knowledgible kind caring and easy to speak with.
we waited for an hour for my son to be seen for a respiratory issue that he should have been seen for right away.
This was the first time seeing Dr. A. she took her time and was very good at explaining everything. I really like her. my daughter did also
The doctor was great.
the biggest problem we had was the wait time. appointment was at 1:30 but we were there until almost 3. We spent most of the time waiting in the exam room and the temperature was really hot. My son got really fussy being stripped down to his diaper in an exam room for almost an hour.
This was my first experience with Dr. A. She was intelligent, child-friendly, courteous and respectful. I would absolutely have my children see her again and also refer others.
My kids have been in this practice for 17 years and I cannot say enough positive words about all of the staff in this office. This was our first encounter with Dr. A. She is a wonderful addition to this practice. She gathered all information, assessed my child and answered all of my questions. She has a calm and caring demeanor that put myself and kids at ease. My child expressed how much she liked and felt comfortable with her during the visit which to me, is one of the best indicators of a doctors success. Looking forward to having her as a resource and caregiver for my kids.
she was really nice.
This was the first time seeing Dr. A. She was absolutely phenomenal with my child and explaining things to me. I would highly recommend her.
She was very nice and interacted well with my daughter.
Appreciated our doctor's concern for my son and careful examination.
Dr. A is excellent with the kids. She is very friendly, funny, and caring. My kids loved her.
I did not like this new Doctor. She kept going on and on about my weight. Asked me if i eat too many "lays potato chips". I know that I have gained weight and I have started at a gym and am trying to lose weight. I had to interrupt her to tell her that I am doing this already. I left feeling depressed and cried about it for 2 days. I understand the need to tell me about nutrition, but I just think she went overboard.
My daughter really liked Dr. Atianand and she made her feel comfortable. She said she would definitely see her again next time she has to go to the doctor.
Dr A was great! awsome addition to the practice!!
We waited for one hour to see Dr. A (as in, our appointment was at 10am and she came into the exam room at 11am). This is unacceptable.
Dr. A was awesome!
She was wonderful! For her first day on the job, she did a great job!
