Dr. Feliciano is very personable and very understanding of my symptoms and problems related to my IBS condition. I feel very comfortable with her suggestions for treatment and greatly appreciate her advice. My experience with Dr. Feliciano has always been very positive.
we love the Doctor. She goes above and beyond.
We really like Dr. Felicano, we're sorry that she is leaving but understand that happens.
this provider was amazing. I felt that my child was very closely attended to and cared about. this provider contacted me the same evening if our appointment by phone which was wonderful and she has contacted me again by phone to discuss my child's reactions to formula change before writing the script for WIC. I'm very very happy and feel that my child is getting the best care possible.
provider seemed very knowledgeable which makes me very happy and confident in her ability to care for myson.
I mistakenly went to the hospital for the appointment and it was scheduled at the Wexford office. The staff were understanding and rescheduled us within a few weeks -I expected it to be months out. As we were leaving the hospital I received a call from Dr Feliciano, herself. She heard about our error and told us to come to Wexford and she would still see us! it was a relief because we had taken time off work and driven a bit of a distance. I'm impressed that she called me herself, and didn't pass it on to a nurse. Just another example of why I appreciate her and the attention she gives us at every appointment. She truly cares about her patients.
had all good experience
Dr feliciano is EXCELLENT!! I have been extremely happy with the care she has given my son!
She's the best doctor my son has had concerning his abdominal problems.
I have always been treated with respect. I have never had a bad experience at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. We travel about 3 hours to get there and we come out every 4 weeks to get my daughter's infusion.
She took so much time with us and explained everything above and beyond. She was recommended to me and I will definitely recommend to someone else!!!
Dr. Feliciano is a wonderful doctor. She is kind and courteous. She takes time to get to know and interact with her patients and parents. She is also very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend her.
need to be more prompt on calling a parent on test results
Dr. Feliciano spent a lot of time discussing my concerns about my child's GI issues with me and coming up with plan for care. She valued my feedback and opinions and was very caring and made me feel like she also wanted to figure out her vomiting issues. I didn't feel rushed at all and I appreciated how attentive she was to me. I feel that we have a great plan to move forward and get testing done to finally tackle the problem.
Everyone was so kind and the Dr was fabulous. She really pit our mind to ease.
Dr. Feliciano is amazing. Have been seeing her since my son was 6 weeks old
Dr. and Nurse Sandra are great and go above and beyond.
Dr. Faliciano took alot of time with us at our appointment. She gave careful attention to my child's needs.
I don't have any complaints. The staff always works with me on my child's health problems.
the doctor is very knowledgeable and spoke to.my daughter in a way to get the most information from her (non-intimidating).
Staff and physician were excellent. Took a lot of time to talk to both myself and my son about his issue before doing physical exam. They used sanitizer on hands prior and after but I still think washing hands is the best precaution. I was very pleased with the Dr.
Doctor's physical exam and questions asked were very thorough, suggestions given were practical and easy to initiate.
Dr. Feliciano was amazing. It is rare to encounter someone of her caliber who is willing to spend extra time with the patient and family, to ensure all questions are answered and a comprehensive plan is in place.
I have never had a bad experiences related to children's hospital. All the staff members are very polite and are willing to do anything to make us comfortable with my child's health problems.
Everything was carefully explained so my child knew what to expect.
Dr Feliciano was amazing with my daughter. She isn't one to like doctors and Dr Feliciano made it easy for her to say what kind of problem she was having. She listened to my child.
Very satisfied with our experiences
Dr Feliciano has provided excellent care, making after hours phone calls several times over the course of the past year in order to make same day contact, even if she had been busy with procedures that day. She has always provided the best medical care.
DR. Feliciano and nurse Sandra are always their for my child's health with any questions or concerns that I have. I can call and talk to them about anything that is going on and they make sure I understand what is going on with the meds she takes and health problems. My daughter really loves DR. Feliciano.
the only thing was the extreme wait to see the Dr. however she was very polite and apologetic for the wait.
Dr. Feliciano is excellent. She is very friendly and made my daughter very comfortable.
She basically told us in a nice way we were terrible parents. She didn't listen to anything we had to say or we were wrong because we were just his parents. Very unsatisfied from the visit. I will be requesting a different doctor in the GI dept. We have been coming to children's with my son since day 1 in 2014 and have never had a bad experience. She was just not a nice lady whatsoever. We drove an hr and a half and got no answer just felt like insults.
Excellent care. Very knowledgeable and caring. This provider replaced our normal provider because our normal provider left the practice.
Dr. Feliciano is a great GI Specialist. We are fortunate to have her looking after our son.
Everything was great. Sensitive nurses, assistants, and provider. Knowledgeable. My child, nervous at first, was soon at ease.
Dr. Feliciano has made several after hours phone calls to us to inform us of test results, consult with us on necessary testing, check on how our daughter is doing. Her attention and care has been exceptional.
We are so happy to have found this doctor. She is AMAZING - LOVE her! Our visits with her have made a significant impact on my daughter's health and well being.
Dr Feliciano is wonderful. She always answers my questions and even has called me after hours to discuss my son. Very happy with her and will follow her to whatever office she is at until issue resolved.
This provider definitely took the time to listen to our concerns.
Dr. Tamara was excellent to work with!
