Brief Summary of Lecture: Public health and clinical paradigms view unintended and adolescent pregnancies as uniformly negative events. Dr. Borrero will challenge current assumptions about how reproduction “should” occur and offer patient-centered strategies to help women and young people across diverse populations to make meaningful and informed decisions about their own bodies and lives.
