Brief Summary of Lecture: Our circadian clocks anticipate the daily changes in our environment and govern nearly all aspects of physiology and behavior. Dr. Allada will share how he has learned about them from fruit flies, e.g., the implications for even a single gene inactivation and for Major League Baseball player performance.
