Brief Summary of Lecture: This presentation reviews the developmental and embryologic origins of the right ventricle and examines methods used in the clinical arena to evaluate its structure and function in congenital heart disease. The talk is designed to provide the audience with understanding of the developmental origins of the ventricle, and determine how to select the best imaging strategies to evaluate patients with diseased right heart.
