Brief Summary of Lecture
Dr. Bukowinski will provide attendees with an overview of early phase clinical trials being conducted in pediatric oncology. After this talk those in attendance will be able to define the purpose of early phase clinical trials in pediatric oncology including terms, and study designs. Additionally, Dr. Bukowinski will provide an overview of the work being done at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh relating to the Pediatric Early Phase Clinical Trials Network (PEP-CTN).
