Overview

Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC presents a three-year training program in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, approved by the Residency Review Committee in 2002 and funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. The training includes a strong clinical component within the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics and elsewhere throughout Children’s, including the Division of Pediatric Neurology and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The other two components of the program are leadership training and research activities. Trainees will participate in the leadership training program of the UCLID Center, a well-established program in the area of neurodevelopmental disabilities. Each trainee will design and complete a research project under the direction of program faculty.
