Hands down one of the best therapists. Ashley helped me so much to be the happy person I am today.
always a pleasure
Ms. Ashley always listens to my concerns about my son. She always has a next step plan and provides information for future problems.
Dr. Ashley Linton was very attentive to my son and answered all of my questions about my son and helped us come up with a plan to help him navigate big changes. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the same situation. She was very helpful and courteous. She really took the time to listen to both me and my son.
Ashley is excellent!!!! My daughter was very nervous about her appointment and she made her feel very comfortable and at ease.
The counseling sessions that we have attended for my son have been very helpful.
The therapist was very helpful.
The Dr. was very helpful..
Ashley is EXCELLENT! She will be missed.
I asked the provider to call me to discuss a few things about my child prior to her appointment. I really appreciated her call and ample time to discuss my concerns.
She is very friendly and knows how to talk to all age ranges
it is always a great experience!!
Ashley and my son had an immediate connection allowing Max to trust Ashley. That trust has increased over time and I hope the relationship will continue in the future. Ashley has impacted my son's way of thinking and behavior as he continues to grow mentally and socially where he previously lacked understanding.
We were told that we would meet with the therapist partly with parent and child both present and partly without the parent. In sharp contrast, there was virtually no exchange with our child. We are at a loss as to why he was required to be present at all, for what amounted to a filling out an exhaustive intake form verbally. Our son is quite young and we took great care to ensure that our concerns expressed privately to doctors were not shared in front of him. We think it's extremely clumsy to expose him to these concerns in a confusing way, in a very preliminary interview, before a proper diagnosis has even been reached. We are very disappointed that the structure of the interview was not outlined to us clearly, and we cannot believe that we had to bring our child to basically repeat what had already been said. Our child was upset on the way home from this experience and he will have no further contact with this therapist.
Ashley is a God-send for my child. She is able to talk to and help my child tremendously.
Ashley is excellent at listening and sitting through information to get to the real issues. she offers helpful insight and is respectful of me and my daughter.
We were very disappointed in Ms. Linton's perfessionalism. When she called our child's name from the waiting room she never once introduced herself to my husband or myself. She never even asked us our names. There was not much of an attempt to gain any type of rapport with my daughter which I felt was pertinant due to the nature of the appointment. After the appointment was finished and when we exited her office she stood in the door way with her arms folded across her chest, while she was friendly, it still came across as a way to not want to give a proper handshake goodbye that would normally be expected in this type of professional setting. We were also asking for recommendations for different types of services and resources for my daughter and her response was that she used to work in the south hills but now she works up here and is still working on familiarizing herself with the area and services the north hills offers. she did not offer to look into it further since she did not know and get back to us when she did. she did give us a referral for additional testing for our daughter, however, my husband and I left very disappointmented in the level of professionalism.
