Dr. Ayers took her time, had a great rapport with our son and made us feel comfortable about next steps.
first time we me the doctor and she was amazing
Dr Ayers is a caring knowledgeable physician. Makes my children feel very comfortable
We came to this practice for Dr Ayars who we have grown to know and trust since our son was born. We were excited to also see Katrina and her friendly service. It was nice to feel at home on our visit. Rita was extremely helpful when I called to schedule our first appointment at this location. Thank you, Dr Ayars and to the team!
We have used this office for only about a year or so, and this our first experience with Dr. Ayars. She was very thorough with my child.
the doctor that we saw was absolutely phenomenal and we will be requesting her in the future.
the dr was kind of rude. I'll never make an appointment with her again.
I will make Dr. A the doctor we will always want to see for our visits. she is exceptional
dr Ayers was fantastic during my sons health scare. she even called to see how my son was doing. lgreat care great dr
Love Dr. Ayars! Trust her to not overprescribe but treat things seriously and always listens to concerns!
this was my first time with Dr Ayars. I thought she was wonderful. Simple answers and a good bedside manor. Seemed up to date on health recommendations.
Dr.Ayars is amazing! she is very helpful and caring.
Barbara Ayres not only is quite knowledgeable about medicine but is also a kind and caring doctor. I trust her implicitly with both my children. That's why when they closed their practice in Harmar, I chose to follow her to Gibsonia, which is a bit of a drive for us.
Dr. Ayars is an awesome addition to this practice. she listens and answers all questions. Does an actual "hands on" exam, not just a quick "peak" everywhere. I felt my child was thoroughly checked and all questions were answered. This doctor is respectful of time & didn't make us wait to be seen for a long at all! we will see her again!
Doctor is easily flustered and frustrated.Speaks in a rather condescending manner.Too much emphasis on referring my children to nutrition because of low weight levels. she was abrasive and as soon as we left, my 12 year old daughter, who was also being cared for, burst into tears. My daughter left with the impression that HSE had done something wrong and she was upset even further over her ADHD condition.
Dr Ayars is very personable. She remembers prior visits even up to years before. She shows true and genuine compassion for my children as well as myself. She has an excellent bedside manner and is very patient and explains everything. She is the most awesome pediatric Dr I've ever encountered besides Dr Pirl who is no longer with the practice.
Dr. Ayers was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
100% satisfied. I left the office feeling listened to and appropriate follow up return scheduled. she will be her new Pediatrician!!!
The office staff was kind and helpful. The nurse was great with mommy daughter. it was the first appt at this practice, and we are happy with our experience and would be happy to see this provider again.
My daughter dislikes the stethoscope and being examined, but the doctor used creative methods to try to put her at ease (i.e., checking my heart first, letting my child lay on my lap instead of the exam table, etc.).
the dr made assumptions and conclusions without asking me or my son questions. her advice did not match what we were there for. her comments were flippant and her attitude was poor.
Dr. Ayars spent time with us and was very thorough.
Dr. Ayars is very caring and always concerned about my children's overall health. She's a gem!
always great care
Dr. Ayars is nice, but she needs to slow down and take a breath. She was obviously in a hurry during our appointment and was talking so fast, it was hard for me to take in the information. Thank goodness I didn't have any major concerns about my 5 month old's health. Otherwise, I would have felt dismissed.
Doctor Ayars is the best and I trust her. She is also great with the kids.
Dr Ayars is wonderful! She is thorough and easy to talk to. She is amazing with my 4 month old and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.
I always havw wonderful care when I bring my babies to the doctors. I travel a little more to bring them here.
really good doctor listens to everything and very caring.
The walk in hours at this office are amazing! It works extremely well for busy kids and working parents! We truly appreciate the flexibility.
This visit was extremely disappointing. Dr. Ayers looked at my child's chart and came up with an issue, before she even spoke with my child and me. When she did speak with us, she had already made up her mind that my child has a growth issue (never rechecking the height - which is incorrect in the chart - we rechecked after the visit), and didn't acknowledge my child's response to questions - rather just stated what is seems she says to many patients. It was one of the most impersonal visits we have ever had.
We love going to this office. Everyone that works here is so nice.
We love Dr. Ayars and appreciate her thorough and patient manner with us. We always end up calling after hours when she is on call and she always gives me a caring and thoughtful response without ever making me feel rushed. I feel like my kids are in such good hands with her as our doctor. Dr. Rapinski was really wonderful with Lulu too! He made her feel comfortable and did a nice job not pressuring her.
She was professional, and thorough.
Always have a good experience at this location.
We've been going to this office since my son was born (he is 9) Dr. Ayers did not remember who we were, despite my daughter's first name being on a post it note on the door. we also just spoke to her last week to get xrays after a roll over accident, she didn't remember that either. she's the one who ordered and read the xray results. Janet at the front desk recognizes my family and remembered about the xrays and accident, but the doctor didn't
she was open and very easy to talk to. Being a young adult and going to doctor appointments on my own it can be a little stressful and she made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Ayars always listens to every concern we have and takes time to explain everything to us.
Excellent - very patient and knowledgeable. Takes her time and provides thorough care.
This was our first time to see this provider, and we were very pleased. We will schedule with her in the future.
good love the practice so glad I switched over to them for both my children.
Dr. Ayers provides thorough and comprehensive care for both of my children. she always takes the time to talk to us and values what we have to say regarding our children's health and healthcare. she never appears to be in a rush and always recalls previous conversations we have had. she has a great bedside manner and my kids actually get excited to go to the doctor to see her. Dr. Ayers often calls after our visit to check in on the kids to see how they are feeling. I recommend her to everyone I know that has children.
Dr Ayars is the BEST
We have a good, ongoing team relationship to my child's care.
Dr. Ayars is always thorough and never flustered by my screaming 2 1/2 year old. She was patient and kind and always respectful of our time.
Dr Ayres is great and I trus t her
Dr. Ayars did not seem to have a high regard for my input regarding my child's health, symptoms, and health history. She was dismissive and condescending. Now my child is sick for the 5th day in a row, and I really wish I had not listened to the doctor and had gone with my gut and experience.
Dr Ayers is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. My son feels very comfortable with her.
everything went well . taken care of professionally
