Experience was excellent! This was a first visit after changing PCP's.
Dr. Watkins had a condescending tone to her voice when we were talking, she also looked at the computer screen a lot when we were talking. She didn't wait to hear my answers, and didn't show much concern from where we were coming from. I will not request to see her in the future.
would not see this provider again. she came off very harsh and judgmental. did not seem to care much about checking out my actual daughter and was very short and matter of fact on her answers for my questions not explaining anything. seemed like she didn't want to be there and was attempting to hurry us out. was not a good appointment and was very disappointed.
my child care providers care very nice really appreciate with them.
we love Dr Watkins! She's very nice, always running in time, and very " to the point ", in a nice way. She doesn't pull any punches but she's always nice about it and very down to earth about how to raise and take care of our daughter.
My son had c/o a sore throat with high fevers. I was asked if I wanted him swabbed for strep & I said yes. The Dr told me it was negative & she's not seeing strep. Three days later I got a call from GE Pharmacy saying my son was positive for strep & he was contagious & I needed to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic. The Dr never called me to tell me my son had strep & she never told me there was a possibility he could still have strep even if the rapid came back negative. I tried calling the office numerous times to confirm these results with the Dr & the phone lines were down. It's 2019, I'm sure someone has a cell phone they could have used to call me to go over the test results for my son.
had my sons 5 yr checkup. and when dr. Watkins told me I'm doing a good job as a mom that meant everything to me. I have much respect for her and shes been with my son the whole way.
every visit has been great . we take all 3 of our kids here
Dr. Watkins was very tentative to our 4 month old son and was very interactive with him. she was patient and answered all of our new parent questions.
Dr. Watkins did a fantastic job listening to my concerns about my children and treated us all with courtesy and kindness.
the provider did not seem to care and when we asked a question about breastfeeding she assumed that we should know because this wasn't our first baby. she spent less than two minutes with us and she did not do a full baby assessment, I know this because I know what has been done in past and I am a nurse.
Dr Watkins always so thorough and explains things in a understandable manor.
Dr Watkins has always provided us with excellent care. She is knowledgeable, professional, and able to build rapport with my child almost instantly. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Dr. Watkins is always so pleasant and caring. she was one of my doctors and after 30 years she's just as kind and considerate as I remembered.
This is a good facility with many options. I have a female who prefers female physicians. This is never an issue. The nurses are courteous and return calls promptly.
Dr. Watkins was kind, gentle, and courteous. she was very accepting of my large family and kind to each of my children. she encouraged me and did her best to make my little one feel comfortable during the exam. she was also helpful and reassuring regarding her care.
As usual, everyone at the office was polite, helpful, and very kind to all of us.
I wish the doctor was a bit more pleasant and took the time to explain the dosage of the medication that was prescribed not just tell me what she was prescribing and left the room. I wasn't sure if the visit was over or not.
always great service with the entire staff
Dr Watkins is a great doctor and always takes her time to listen to my son and my questions.
i will not schedule any other visits with Dr. Watkins, she's very short & no has no bedside manner.
Because I was the father bringing in my son, I felt like the provider didn't take me as seriously as if his mother had been there. That being said, she did answer all my questions and concerns.
scheduled an appt and somehow it was cancelled. staff worked to get my daughter seen and taken care of. very helpful as always.
Dr. Watkins is friendly and knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. She is a wonderful doctor
Dr Watkins was super sweet to Carson! he loved her
no problems at all .
Watkins entered the room and asked who smoked in the household. I told her no one and she proceeds to say that she smelled smoke and smells my child and says oh no he doesn't smell like smoke. I found this very offensive.
After seeing the doctor,my daughter commented on how nice she was. Very kind and very thorough. Would definitely see her again.
we had a great experience the nurses and doctor were great!
We usually see Dr Frederick for checkup but her schedule was full. Dr Watkins was a disappointment. she spent less than 15 min with me and I do not feel like she gave her full attention to me. I have had ongoing stomach problems and have been using lactaid. she didn't explore further with me and just blew it off and said it sounds minor and keep taking lactaid.
She was not at all nice to us. The way she spoke the us was not professional. I went for medical advice not parenting advice. She told me my child needs consequences for his actions. I haven't had good experiences at this office the past year. I'm looking to leave this practice.
Dr Watkins did not go over my medical history nor ask about my concussion recovery. She did not review my immunizations with me and I am not sure if I have all of the required ones for college. No one took my blood pressure or vital signs. the visit was very short less than 10 minutes for my annual exam.
Dr Watkins is always patient and kind. She relieves any worries we might have when it comes to our son's health. This is especially comforting as a first time parent.
Dr. Watkins is very rude. Her interactions with my son were less than pleasing. for the past several years we have avoided her because of this. However on this occasion, we needed the first available visit. it was a reminder not to see Dr. Watkins.
Dr. Watkins was fantastic with Albert. Thank you!
everything was good. She also directed me to another dr for concerns that I have for my daughter
This visit was an express care visit for my daughters swimmers ear. We were there on a Saturday morning and were seen rather quickly and treated quickly. Always a good experience at CCP.
Dr. Watkins is an outstanding pediatrician.
Dr. Watkins , was the first doctor to see my son after he was born. she is the only doctor we will take him to see. our doctor visits with Dr. Watkins professional, courteous and informative. we have never left with an unanswered question or concern. we consider it a blessing that we have Dr. Watkins to provide care to our son. He enjoys his visits and we are always grateful knowing we will be seeing Dr. Watkins. I am sure you know that your organization is privileged to have an associate who is caring and professional as Dr. Watkins is. We have been taking our son to see Dr. Watkins for over ten years and never had one bad appointment or one negative experience in all that time. It is always comforting and relaxing knowing Dr. Watkins will take the time to listen to all of our concerns patiently and answer every question.
Krista has been very helpful, thorough, and professional. She has answered all of our questions and was very gentle and careful with our newborn.
Dr. Watkins was very gentle with my daughter and was very helpful ! such a great doctor.
