Very excellent doctor he cares about my child and please with everything he has done
Always a great visit.
He is a very good doctor and explained everything
dr kurland treats the kids with respect and explains everything to them. my son loves going there. he tells jokes and understands his health better because the doc explains it so he can understand.
This care provider (Geoffrey Kurland) is my twin brothers' pulmonologist since they were born with chronic lung disease. He did an outstanding job for them, he's familiar with their health in general and their respiratory status particularly. He sometimes whistles for them to attract their attention, which is good because if you want deal with someone, ypu have to try to be like him/her. He does pay attention to whatever we say despite our langage barriers. Too enormous to mention, Dr. Geoffrey Kurland does do what is above our expectations for our kids.
Dr. Kurlander is very thorough with regards to my child's health. We couldn't me more pleased with his care.
everything was perfect
we love our pulmonologist he is like family that we trust.sometimes he is in a rush saying how busy he is and 75% of the time he writing his note and 25% hands on assessment.the computer entry seems to take forever.
This was the first time I have see this Pulmonary doctor and he was very good with my child but I felt like I was annoying him when asking questions and he was more into typing information in the computer then focusing on my child. I appreciate his honesty and can tell he knows what hes talking about but felt like he cut me off everytime I was asking a question or telling him something.
It's no wonder why it is such a long wait (appointment avaibility) to see Dr Kurland. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring physician determined to get to the root cause of your child's problem. He is incredibly thorough and very informative, offering options and asking your own insight as well. My boys, who had to come along because of spring break, loved his sense of humor and asked to come back next time too.
Dr. Kurland gave my son hope for improvement with his asthma through personal stories, a thorough plan for improvement, and visual diagrams to help my son better understand the information.
very good provider
Dr Kurlane was amazing. he took a total of about an hour to review his medical history and issues going on with my son . even thought my eight-year-old how to read his own chest x-ray that was done in the ER about six months ago. he listened and offered help. he put together a plan and follow up appt in 3 months.
bad appointment was at 9:45 as always app was backed up didn't get out there till almost 12. doctor didn't listen to the concern of my child's health at all An was rushing because it was appointment was backed up. Was rude didn't get a apology he was in an out an talked over me. None of my child's needs was met at this appointment at all. I now have to reschedule an appointment for her where someone knows more info about what's wrong. If my child feels uncomfortable with the rushing I do to.
Dr. Kurland is one of the nicest doctors. He explains everything in detail and ask if I have any questions. He enters the room with a wonderful personality and a smile on his face. I would recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Dr.Kurland for everything you did for my daughter!!!
My son has been a patient of Dr. Kurland since 2008. I will travel anywhere Dr. Kurland provides services. His care is excellent. I have NEVER been disappointed with the level of care my son has received from Dr. Kurland and his nurses/Pulmo specialists. This doctor is beyond thorough when collecting info about my son's health. I never feel rushed and I know that my son is in good hands. I have recommended Dr. Kurland to many other parents who have children with the same condition.
My child's care provider saw him since last year when he was in critical situation till now he got off of oxygen in this visit. Doctor Kurland has been a blessing to my child because he gave his total effort to rescue my child. At some point, I was hopeless but when I saw Doctor's face, I came right away back to normal life. He was always positive, cautious and hilarious! Can you imagine that sometimes he was whistling to get my child's attention? I never saw something like that to any other doctor. I did appreciate this because whatever works should be used to catch my child's attention if something needed to be done! Doctor Kurland is a good trainer because I had some other doctors on that time when my child was critically sick who told me that I have to relax as long as I have Dr. Kurland to follow my son. They said that he was their teacher and an outstanding one! I can even see how the resident doctor working with him is mastering my son's health issues/concerns. They are always changing views when they treat my son. Briefly, Doctor Kurland is an outstanding doctor.
We love Dr. Kurland. He always makes us feel like Hayden is his number one priority when we are there. We appreciate his great care for our child.
dr kurland is an excellent physician. He has a great bedside manner. he takes the time to hear what is going on with your child and gives plenty of time to ask questions or address concerns. very funny md, but also very caring. I know that he truly is doing all can do to help my daughter manage her illness. he does not appear rushed in any way and truly listens.
Dr. Kirk and is exalent as a provider!! Would never trust another. We travel 3 Hours just for our son to see him.
Dr. Kurland is very thorough and spends quality time with my son. We always feel that we are in the best of hands!
dr Kurland is just awesome. he is wonderful to work with and a true professional
DR KURLAND IS ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH, AND UP TO DATE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY DAUGHTERS CARE, SHE HAS A VERY EXTENSIVE HISTORY AND HE SEEMS TO BE UP TO DATE ON ALL OF HER OTHER SPECIALISTS....THIS MAKES ME FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT HE IS PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE FOR MY DAUGHTER!
