excellent experience and vary caring
We've never had any bad experiences, only good.
Heather is great!
My experience was excellent. I highly recommend my provider to anyone. I was completely comfortable the entire time and left feeling great. my provider was very easy to talk to.
Heather is always great!
Heather is amazing! She interacts well with my child and answers all of my questions. She is thorough, kind, competent, and compassionate!
I have always liked Heather as a provider but after this most recent visit when the nurse called to state there was no bacteria growth and that I should stop the abx she also asked if I was having discomfort and I said yes. The nurse then consulted with Heather and soon called me back to say to try an OTC yeast infection tx. I have had frequent UTIs and have never described the symptoms of a yeast infection. As a matter of fact Heather asked me at the appt if I was experiencing and itching, burning, discharge and I replied no. In my opinion this was suggested out of not having any other explanation for my symptoms continuing and treating something that I have no symptoms of is not good practice.
Heather is so great. She answers all my question and concerns. She does a great job. I am very pleased with her.
I love seeing Heather, she's extremely personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for her patients. She never rushes through appointments and always makes sure to thoroughly explain everything. Overall a very compassionate and intelligent provider, which can be hard to find nowadays.
Gave good advice for correcting posture problems

Heather has been so wonderful with my children and we are always anxious to come back to see her. She has always given us exceptional care!
Heather was wonderful with determining what my daughter had and how to help her. also scheduled a follow up to make sure the medication that was prescribed is working.
Heather was very easy going with my daughter and helped her feel at ease with her first adolescent visit and that was greatly appreciated.
My child loves this provider! She is patient and kind.
Heather was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and respectful!
She was very nice. She seemed to lack the confidence of a seasoned provider, but took the time to make sure she had correct dosages and type of medication for my daughter. Overall, I think she did a good job.

All my questions were answered and in non-judgmental way. I really appreciated her patience and desire to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
The provider listened to the description of my child's symptoms and we were able to identify the issue
had a long wait for provider to see child. arrived at 9:45 and never left the office until 11:15.
the doctor did great we just waited 2 hours and five minutes to be seen for a check-up i had to bring all three of my kids with me so it is a lot to wait that long. people were being called back after they showed up after us. it makes me not want to come back with that kind of response time. they keeps us from work and having to take time off
