visits with Dr Rodrigues are always great
this dr called me back when I had additional questions.
Very good, awesome experience
the provider was very accomodating and explains everything about the health of my child
Dr. Rodrigues has been our physician of choice for many years with this practice. He always takes the time to be kind and to listen to any concerns we may have. we always feel that we have received the very best possible care when we see him.
Kayla the medical assistant is AMAZING!! Can't say enough good things about her. Dr. Rodriguez is always a sweetheart!
Dr. Rodriguez has always been thorough and friendly, he is a great provider and very knowledgeable. I trust him with the care of our three boys.
Dr. Rodrigues was the only provider out of the doctors we've seen in the past year that really helped with my son's skin condition.
the provider didn't make eye contact with me or my child during the exam which was very uncomfortable. He tone felt very condescending.
thorough attention to specific complaint
it was a good gist they were nice and patient and helpful
Dr Rodriguez is kind, patient and makes my son feel comfortable during the exam
The visit was okay. The lack of eye contact from the doctor was a bit off-putting, but he spoke in a reassuring tone. He didn't seem alarmed by the fact that she hadn't really eaten in a week and a half, and it would have been nice to get some substantive action steps. I ended up taking her to my regular doctor's office 3 days later as she still seemed off, and they identified that she had an ear infection. Whether that developed in three days or was missed during her first visit is unclear.
Dr. Rodrigues is the best pediatrician out there. We are lucky that he is our daughter's doctor. We trust his knowledge and experience.
always makes sure to listen to everything and my son really likes him he never freaks out while we are there.
it was obviously a very hectic day in the office, and everyone was busy. I was concerned about my son's lingering congestion and did feel slightly rushed and not much concern from the doctor during the visit. The doctor did care, but it felt like he may have been a bit put out that we were there with a child who was just congested. I was concerned about making sure his lingering cold and congestion didn't turn into something worse, especially after 10 days.
I have always felt my daughter has always had the best care. the doctor that seen my daughter was in the room for 5 minutes. my daughter was not feeling well and has been having elevated blood pressures and bloody nose and sinus pressure. my daughter had sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis a little over a year ago. the nurse did not take any vitals - even when given why we were there. the doctor listened to my daughters symptoms and listened to her lungs. never looked into her nose or throat and said it was viral. I'm not really sure how that came up as a doagnosis given her history. I asked the doctor if he could check her blood pressure and he said I don't know. wen to the nurse and asked her and walked out of the room. the nurse took my daughters blood pressure and said it was good we could go. no instructions or anything or what to do if symptoms get worse. the doctor never came back in the room.
this was my son's first time seeing this Dr and we all really liked him. He is an asset to the office and we left with smiles and laughing because of his contagious positive demeanor.
Dr. Rodriguez is our favorite pediatrician. He's kind, compassionate and respectful.
we brought our 17 year old son to the dr office to discuss a major concern. we had recently found out our son was Perging after he ate and had lost a lot of weight fast. the dr said his BMI was within normal range. that doesn't help. nor did the dr put it in his chart that he has an eating disorder. horrible provider!
I always see Dr. Rodriguez. Always have a good experience.
Great provider. We have not seen him before, as he is not at our normal office. He put our daughter at ease and even had her laughing as he checked her out. Really good doctor, would go to again.
They wouldn't lusten to my concerns and since he was late it seemed like he was trying to push us out the door.
efficient, problem focused visit
Dr. Rodrigues is efficient, but kind and knowledgeable. He is silly with my children, and I trust his opinions.
This office, all the doctors and clinical staff are FANTASTIC!! They are courteous, nice, and smart. It is ALWAYS a good experience when calling for an appointment.
Dr. Rodrigues is always very helpful and our girls are always happy to see him. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He always listens and always includes the girls in his questions and conversations. He is a wonderful doctor.
My son has been going to this office since he was three days old and is now 10. He has always received the best care. We have only had good experiences in the 10 years. I'm very happy with the care my son and 4 year old daughter get at the Cranberry office.
He is kind, compassionate, and thorough. We are fortunate to have him!
Happy with the office in general...but wait time is always too long!
This was our newborns first appointment since being discharged from the hospital. We felt that Dr Rodrigues spent ample time with us, listened to our concerns and answered our questions thoughtfully and throughly. We did not feel like he tried to rush through the appointment at all.
I been taking my kids there for years the doctors are good and the front desk assistant are very helpful and nice
Dr. Rodriguez is our absolute favorite doctor. He's kind, compassionate, and takes time tolisten to our concerns.
Dr Rodriguez is our favorite doctor. He treats our boys with respect and always spends a good amount of time with us. We have recommended him to our friends.
We love Dr. Rodrigues
I am very frustrated with this provider's office over authorizations that this office needs to complete for my son's Gateway Insurance. This has been a constant problem since he got Gateway 10 years ago. Upon checking in with the office the receptionist was having a bad day and we all knew about it. I asked for the authorization and I was told to tell the nurses and doctor. I asked everyone for that authorization for my son's appointment with his eye doctor... Dr. Cheng. The doctor indicated he put it in the system and was taken care of. I assumed this was the case until I received a call from the Ophthalmology Dept at Children's to make an appointment. I have no interest in Children's because my son has been going to the same eye doctor for 11 years and we are happy with him. I called the office and the secretary told me I never asked her. I said I did and I was told to mention it to the nurse and doctor. Every single year for the past 10 years this office gives me such grief over these authorizations! I only ask for 2 authorizations a year for his eye doctor and allergist. I call weeks/months prior to the appointment to and every single time the specialist's office calls and reports that there is no referral and my son will not be seen without it. I swear if I have to argue any further this year or his appointment gets canceled I am changing doctors for all of my children. I feel I should not have to make 5 to 10 phone calls yearly for 2 authorizations and given attitude. I like the doctors and nurses but it gets aggravating just getting an authorization for my son's Gateway. Currently, I am on 4th request for this authorization for an appointment that occurs next week.
We always have a great experience with Dr. Rodriquez. My children have been seen by him for 10 years and I wouldn't want anyone else. He answers not only my questions but takes the time to listen to my children with their questions and concerns. He is very friendly and always makes appointments easy going by making my kids laugh and showing interest and concern in every word they say. He is the most amazing doctor and if he took adults...I would be first in line.
Dr. Rodrigues is fantastic!
I love Dr. Rodrigues! I really appreciate how friendly he is to the kids and that he makes sure that he answers all of my questions. He's not ever condescending like other doctors can be and he makes me feel like a valued mother.
we love this office
Nice easy Visit. Son just needed a Vaccine before entering 12 Grade. Was not provided with any information as to what to expect after, such as normal or abnormal reactions
we love Dr Rodriguez. he has always vet good care of my children
Dr Rodrigues is excellent. answered any questions we had, very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Dr.Rodriguez was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He gave very clear information on my condition that was easy to understand. Even when he thought I didn't have anything to worry about with my condition, he had an ultrasound to double check.
This was our first time with this practice. I feel the check-up went well.
Very knowledgeable and provided detailed information.
Dr. Rodriguez didn't give us the time we needed and since it was 3pm on a Friday, I felt like he just wanted to walk out the door. He isn't our normal provider and didn't ask one question about my child's medical history.
Dr. Rodriquez had been providing for my son since he was born and we couldn't ask for a better doctor. He's truly wonderful!!!
best dr ever!!!
Doctors always take their time and explain correctly.
We just had our 15 month appointment for our son and as usual, Dr. Rodrigues did not disappoint! He is definitely the best pediatrician for our family. I tend to come with quite a few concerns and he is always extremely knowledgeable and patient while addressing them. He is so friendly and gentle with my son. My son really likes and trusts Dr. Rodrigues even though he is going through a bit of a skittish phase right now. Dr. Rodrigues is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, in addition to enthusiastic and friendly. He always seems happy to see us and to care about our son's health.
We always love to see Dr. Rodrigues. He is so kind and he always takes the time to not only talk to me but he asks my daughter how she is doing if she has any questions. He's never in a rush.
Doctor Rodriguez was not very sympathetic to my child's side effects to medicine he is taking.
Dr. Rodrigues was rude and condescending to me during my child's visit. He dismissed my concerns and refused to listen to my child's past history and how his current symptoms were presenting the same way as in the past. Even if he did not agree with my concerns, he should have communicated that respectfully and been more professional.
I did not appreciate the dismissive manner in which the doctor displayed. I do not bring my child to the office unless it is absolutely necessary. He made me feel like I was an over reactive parent. My son does not normally run a fever. He had one the day that I brought him to the office and that evening he reached 103. While it may have been a virus running its course (and still is), I didn't appreciate the way he didn't consider any of the symptoms that occurred over night after already being sick for a few days. If I had the choice, I would not see this doctor again.
my daughter is 12 and expressed frustration. she felt that her pain in her knee was "blown off". we don't visit the doctors often and felt that this was not addressed well.
My daughter liked Dr. Rodrigues- this is the first time she saw him.
Everybody was so nice. This was the first appointment after switching to this provider and they were very patient and easy to work with through this transition
Dr Rodriguez is an excellent pediatrician
Dr. Rodriguez is always very positive, polite and listens to my questions and concerns carefully. He is extremely knowledegable and friendly.
We love Dr. Rodrigues. He is patient, listens and doesn't make you feel rushed. I try to request him every time I bring my kids.
