I thought Jane was too impatient with my child. She gets very nervous at the doctor and I could sense she was annoyed.
I was glad to hear her educate patient on dangers of drug use, vaping and alcohol use. Also, recommended no screen time 2 hours prior to sleeping.
My son was seen at the faster care for RSV and an ear infection. We had a follow up at the CCP 3 days later. Jane said my sons ear was not infected and he did not have RSV. A week later my son had a well visit and his ear was still infected. Jane is always late seeing her patients and has misdiagnosed 3 of my children.
Very pleased with this visit
Jane was lovely and spoke to my daughter in such a kind and patient way.
Dr. Miller listened and was patient with my child who is usually afraid at the doctors.
Jane was excellent!!
Love Jane, she's always happy, treats my children exceptionally well & very informative and caring!
We had a wonderful visit. I brought both my 1 and 2 year old boys for well visits. She was very calm and took her time with both boys. she kept their attention and made them and myself at ease during the examination. she answered all my questions, provided great education for their health and care, and was very kind and attention to all of us.
Jane was great with my daughter but her overall bedside manner toward me was slightly belittling which made me feel slightly reserved to bring up additional questions. Although she provided me with what we needed, I didn't feel that she respected my thoughts or felt concerned about our case; Sarcasm.
Jane and the medical assistant that roomed us was very professional and friendly!
Jane is very thorough and listens to what my daughter is saying. very knowledgeable.
The provider prescribed a pill that needed to be crushed up and put in food right after I explained to her that he was a poor eater.
the wait time was over 45 minutes to be seen
she has been the first provider to look in my sons ears without issue because she looks for the kitty. it's amacing he tells his ENT to look at kitty. he's on his second set of tubes
she is very excellent with my child's needs and really address my concerns that I had she she is very compassionate and caring and made our visit fun. also she was very good why my child with the exam and patient when he was acting up. also took her time and not rush us, which I really appreciate.
Provider scolded me for allowing more than 2 hours of screen time even though it was stated my child is active in sports and goes outside when weather permits and is a good student. Provider was overbearing with her opinions and made me felt belittled as a parent.
We really like Jane. She's friendly and makes thing easy for my 8-year old to also understand about his health care. We enjoy her as our provider.
Jane Miller has become our favorite in this office! She is kind, has good bedside manner with children, played along with my son's silliness and was just overall great!
Jane Miller made my daughter very self conscious of her weight as she discussed her weight gain while she was in the room. It took my daughter 3 days before she was back to normal eating. A call was made to the office after returning home.
Excellent staff all the way around. Which is the reason I continue to travel an hour to stay at this office.
we have seen Jane several times and she is good with my daughter who gets anxious at any kind of doctor visit.
We took our daughter to walk in clinic sick hour at ccp. Jane was very compassionate and took all the time she needed to really care for out daughter with croup. Jane gives exceptional care and always 3xplains things in a way we can easily understand. she let us know what to expect with a child that has croup and gave us advice for the nights ahead of she had noisy breathing again. thanks Jane for being a wonderful nurse practitioner!
Jane is very good. She is kind, funny, and very good with kids. I really enjoy her personality and level of care. She speaks frankly and to the point with me which I respect and enjoy.
Jane did a fantastic job with my son. He had different symptoms and she continued to examine him until she was confident with a diagnosis. The extra effort is much appreciated.
she was amazing. she was the first out of 7 or 8 dr that could look in his ears without trouble.
Excellent care provided
I enjoy Jane Miller. She has always been helpful, caring, encouraging, and understanding.
CCP Sarver staff are all fantastic people. They were able to give us an appointment quickly. They care about the health of my children.
always have great care there and friendly staff
She made my daughter feel very comfortable and was kind and professional.
the provider was excellent. she was thorough and kind.
This was the first time my son saw Jane C. Miller. She was excellent and I would not hesitate to schedule an appointment with her if needed.
I really like seeing Jane. I believe she is a nurse practitioner, so hopefully we can see her every time, rather than switching to the doctor for well visits.
Dr. Miller was very personable and tried to make my son feel comfortable with her during our visit. She addressed our problem and handled it with respect and care. We did have to wait for a bit, but she was apologetic and explained the wait.
this office is always accommodating when there is an urgent need.
we have had nothing but an amazing experiences with everyone at the office. everyone is kind and has a ton of empathy, I'm very thankful for all the drs and nurses who we have encountered.
By far the most attentive PCP I have taken my 5 children to. Always very understanding and respectful .
I felt that this provider asked me questions, rather than my child and asked things that she should have observed for myself. I had a concern and voiced it, but was not looked at when examining my child.
