Dr. Drickman is a rock star. She saved my daughters life 17 years ago at age 5. The only one I fully trust to see my son. Thankfully he is good with no cardiac issues.
The nurse, technician and doctor were all wonderful as always.
she was excellent and spent lots of time explaining our child's diagnosis. she got us in with her last minute when there was an issue and spent lots of time with us.
Dr. Drickman was extremely apologetic for running behind which meant a lot. She also spent a lot of time explaining and showing us what was going on with our daughter. Would definitely recommend her!
Dr Drickman is awesome! so clear on everything! we had many questions and she took time to answer
hands down, Dr. Drickman is the best provider we have ever had. her care and concern is so genuine.
she was very patient, detail oriented attentive, personable
very pleased with visit,
great staff. everyone at this office is excellent at making our family feel at ease
Dr. Drickman came highly recommended and did not disappoint. She was kind and thorough. She took her time and listened. She was very sympathetic to our sitaution and just could not have been better.
She didn't seem to listen to me about how much about what I kept repeating. She repeated what she was saying. I told her my son is very active and drinks a lot of water. He is a 13 year old boy who doesn't stop moving, even in his sleep.
Dr. Drickman is a fantastic doctor. She spends time with us answering questions and makes us feel important. Her bedside manner is the best!
she spent a lot of time talking about her own kids and things that were not at all relevant to his medical care. was nice but I needed to get to work. they also decided to do a lengthy ultrasound which I didn't know about when I booked his check up so the visit was twice as long as expected. a heads up on that would have been appreciated since he had never had that test before so I never expected it.
The wait time to see DR Drickman after all test are performed is way to long. We are in the examining rm for an average of one hr before she comes in. Our appointments are always in the mornings 8am, I have a hard time trying to figure out how she can be that far behind when we are usually the second or third patient.
Dr. Drickman listened intently to our concerns about our daughter. She asked multiple questions in multiple ways to understand our concerns.
We had a wonderful visit. I always feel that Dr. D takes her time with us and answers all our questions.
One of the best cardiologists in Pittsburgh. She spends enough time to learn medical history, reviews lab or scan reports prior to the appointment, very compassionate and caring, and explains everything patiently.
Dr Drickman is absolutely wonderful!
Dr. Drickman is warm and caring. patient and kind. she is very thorough and I always leave the appointment feeling like my child is in the best hands possible. thank you.
Dr. Drickman always takes time to listen to my concerns as a mom, answers questions, and includes my son in conversation that he can understand as an 8 year old. Her level of respect is outstanding as well as her dedication to making patients (and their families) feel heard and understood. We are incredibly lucky to have a specialized physician available to treat our son's congenital heart defect, especially one that cares so deeply for her patients.
Our visit was pleasant and professional from start to finish.
she was friendly, she was active, she treated patient very respectfully.she was very happy to explain everything what she needed.
she spent lots of time explaining everything and was extremely thorough.
I love Dr. Drickman. she is very through with my child's heart murmur.
excellent and knowledgeable provider.
We were in the office for at least 2 hours. the wait was long- that's the only issue we have each time we go see her
Dr. Drickman was thorough. She obviously cared about ensuring that my child and I understood what she was explaining. She was respectful to me, and considerate to my child.
Dr. Drickman was knowledgeable and easily explained the condition that my son was being seen for, and other information pertinent to his future care.
Dr Drickman took her time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt that she took the opportunity to get to know my child as an individual.
This provider goes above and beyond for her patients. The provider never watches the time or rushes through an appointment.
Dr. Drickman is awesome. she really knows her patients. excellent communication
we were thrilled with the care and bedside manner of the doctor. her thoroughness to check my son for any possible complications was greatly appreciated.
I don't know what we would do without Dr. Drickman. She is amazing and I trust her 100%. She us caring, understanding, patient, and everything you would expect a pediatric doctor to be.
My sons appointment was for 9 am and we were back in room by 915, and were told we were next. The doctor arrived in room at 1005! Not acceptable to me.
we love Dr. Drickman as a provider. she takes her time, addresses concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is understood and answered.
dr drickman was great!very patient and clear.
The doctor was amazing and a huge help in understanding how to maintain our child's nutritional health.
Dr Drickman is a wonderful cardiologist. we have been seeing her since Grace was 2years old and will continue to see Dr Drickman as long as necessary.
Dr. Drickman is an excellent physician, compassionate, and a true listener. She is a great example of what a doctor should be.
Once in the wait room to see Dr Drickman it takes a long time for her to come in, we were told she only had one patient ahead of us and it still took 35 minutes for her to see us. The time before this one it took an hour for her to see us. Dr Drickman is a great DR I just wish the wait time wasn't so long.
Love all the staff and providers at Children's!
terrible wait time. 9 am appointment but not seen by doctor until near 11 am.
Dr Drickman was wonderful with my daughter & spent time to make sure we understand the diagnosis
this visit was a preventitve appointment. everyone was exceptional and I appreciated it!
Dr Drickman is very patient, speaks slowly in an easy way to understand
We love our care provider. She is very personable and helpful. She covers every topic thoroughly. She never rushes and answers all questions.
excellent, thorough, not rushed, caring, treated my child wiyj respect
This was my son's first visit to see Dr. Drickman. She was wonderful!!! She addressed all of our concerns. She was very thorough, patient and informative!
the doctor is very nice. the only complaint is the time that you sit and wait for her. my daughter's appt was at 10am. they took her right back for testing, but then she sat and waited to see the doctor for 90mins! I work in the medical field, so I am aware of unforseen circumstances, but with children, that is unacceptable. my daughter was there for an every 2 year check up, her tests were fine. walking away from your 930 patient for 10 mins, I don't think would be unheard of. we did not leave the office until after 12 noon. she then had to miss her entire day of school because she got out later than she should have.
Dr. D is very thorough and easy to understand. She's personable and responded clearly to my son's questions and concerns about his heart condition.
Good experience trust the provider
The doctor and staff were very professional and courteous. My problem was that we had to wait an hour in the waiting room (for a 9 a.m appointment). It is hard for a child (especially one with special needs--even a typical child) to wait that long for an appointment and be cooperative for a cardiological exams/tests. Especially with the bad flu season, and kids coughing everywhere in there.
the nurse who roomed us was exceptionally nice and caring with both of my children. very personable and explained what would happen and what to expect not only to us but to my six year old. Dr Drickmann was super, very nice and answered questions, showed she really cares
Dr. Drickman was wonderful! She was patient, compassionate and thorough and I was not hesitant to ask any questions. I would absolutely refer her to anyone needing pediatric cardiology care. Thank you!
Dr Drickman is always a pleasure.
she was very thorough and read his file and understood his medical issues before she even came in room!!
very good experience. We waited over an hour to see the doctor, but the wait was worth it. She spent alot of time talking to my child and giving her practical examples of good foods to eat.
Everyone was very professional and took time to answer questions.
as usual, Dr. Drickman and her staff are amazing with our daughter and us.
Dr. Drinkman is by far one of the best doctors and Childrens Hospital. She LISTENS to us.
