the doctor we saw was not very hands on with our child as others have been. it was our 4 month check-up so we hadn't been seen in over a month. asked the doc to check my babies mouth to see if he was teething and he just glanced in his mouth and said yeah maybe. This is our 1st child so we have lots of questions and concerns. he did great at listening to our questions and answering them just wish he would have been more hands on and really examined our boy.
Dr.levin does not have good bed side manner. Dealing with small children doesn't seem to be a natural thing for him. This was not our first experience with him. We will only see him during express care and even then we may go to another office for express care needs.
The care provided was great and the Dr was nice as he always is.
Dr. Levin is patient and down to earth. He is thorough, listens to, and answers our questions or concerns.
always a good experience. perfect doctor for my 14 yr.
Dr Levin has always been the best doctor to my son. He has always mad sure my son understood whats going on and always takes times to explain it to me. He is just the best doctor, and I recommend him to everyone!
my experience was good with Dr Levin. Always is! he sees both of my children and there always happy to see him. we are very happy with him as there doctor!
I love Dr. Kenneth and all of the medical staff at CCP Brentwood. My infant son is a new patient and I could ask for a better staff.
The provider was a little rough, I asked that my child be vaccinated in his thighs due to the fact that he's 19 month and he's not a big (chubby) baby and he said no that he does not recommend it
I was very disappointed in the care we received. He completely blew my daughter and I off. I even saw him roll his eyes as he asked my daughter a question and she started answer.
Dr. Levin provided a thorough exam. I will see him again for my son's next well check.
On this visit, Dr. Levin did not act like he was there for a young child. He was kind of short with my child and seemed annoyed we were even there. I thought his check up was performed appropriately though.
very good & pleasant experience overall
he is wonderful, attentive, caring and compassionate. he is our preferred doctor every time we go.
The provider was great - he listened to our answers to his questions and to our concerns and was helpful, respectful, and thorough. We couldn't ask for anything more!
Dr. Levin is always our favorite pediatrician to see! Bit i typically am just as happy seeing all of the Drs, they are all so great with the kids and myself!!
the doctor was awesome. he was super helpful and made me feel that my concern formy child's health was important.
Dr. Levin was awesome, our appointment was originally with another Dr. but she was a hour behind which was a little aggravating because we were sitting there for an hour in the waiting room waiting to be seen. We should have been told when we signed in, that the doctor our appointment was with was was running that far behind instead of letting us sit there for an hour. It wasn't until I walked up to the front desk and asked what was going on that I found out. And because I did not have another hour to sit there and wait which I was told we still had another hour to wait ( which is totally unacceptable) Dr. Levin was nice enough to squeeze us into his schedule and we very much appreciated it!
Dr. Levin has poor bedside manner-- he talks at the child not to them. He uses a condescending tone and accusatory manner when asking or answering questions. He's abrupt and borders on rude.
I thought it was a good visit. My child was suffering with a sickness and we were treated and released with medicine to help her.
The office has wonderful staff and doctors.
The wait time was over 45 minutes, and with a sick kid, it makes things really hard.
no complaints and everyone was very nice.
We have always been pleased with Dr Levin. My children were the most comfortable with him..He is humorous yet still concerned with the illness or injury in an appropriate measure..
Dr. Levin is an excellent pediatrician. my son been with this practice for 9 years and have always been treated exceptionally well.
Dr. Levin was extremely helpful and thorough when I took my child back for a re-evaluation. I feel like he listened to my concerns and made me feel like we had a plan to help her improve in place before I left the office
Dr. Levin is a wonderful doctor!! :)
Dr. Levin is wonderful - no complaints.
Home from college, unwell for over 2-weeks. Dr. Levin listened and cared. Provided me with an easy treatment plan to follow.
my children are clearly not over weight and because they were in the 70-80th percentile diet was discussed to make me feel like there was an issue. They are active and more muscular than average children. I was not particularly happy about this
Doctor had little bit of an arrogant and condescending demeanor. Not overwhelming but enough to notice.
This was the first time any of my children have seen Dr. Levin. He was extremely caring and listened to the concerns I had with my 1 year old. He was also very patient with my 3 year old who asked a bunch of questions and talked the entire appointment. Dr. Levin thoroughly checked my child for various signs of illness and I appreciate that h re-checked after I asked a question just to out my mind at ease. I feel as though Dr. Levin could tell how worried I was at the appointment and that Gemma wasn't feeling herself and he called me around 8-9pm and I SOOO appreciate that. It was soo nice of him to go above and beyond, especially outside of normal working hours. I would recommend him without hesitation.
good care provided
Dr. Levin is such a wonderful doctor. I can tell he truly cares about my kids & treats them like family. I'd recommend him to anyone I know!
I always feel her care provider takes the time to listen and answer any questions we have.
He gave,my husband the name of a medication to get and said that it was over the counter , however, we were unable to get it because it is prescription only
demeanor was listless and distracted. he asked about reports on the hearing and vision. I was never given reports of my daughter's vision test and hearing test was never performed. my older daughter had one performed at her 4 year well child appointment and this daughter never had one. no follow up was never done with the doctor. spoke into his hands a lot.
Dr. Levin is a knowledgeable, kind doctor.
no wait time
Dr. Levin has been Nola's pediatrician since she was born. He has a very mild and calm manner, which works great with our daughter & he answers all of our questions thoughtfully and respectfully. This past visit we asked for recommendations for pediatric dentists in the area and he gave us several options. Overall, we love Dr. Levin. He's always been great with my daughter, a great source of info, and very easy to talk when we have questions or concerns.
He is my child's doctor since the first day he born, our family absolutely love Dr.Levin, he is caring , loving and in general a fun person great personality. My children always wait to see him for the routine check up.
Dr. Levin is great with my pre-teen son and is very easy for him to talk to with out embarrassment.
Experienced, knowledgeable, and great with the kids!
Dr. Levin is a very knowledgeable physician who takes time to answer questions and hear any conscerns you may have.
Dr Levin's care and kindness exceeded expectations.
this was the fastest we have been seen...waiting room time and room time. it was great!
there always good there with my kids
Dr. Levin was very friendly and personable to my son and me. I could tell my son was very comfortable with him. My son wanted to go back by himself since he is older but I liked that Dr. Kevin made him come get me and then asked if I had any questions. I love South Hills CCP and travel 45 minutes because we love it here and all the doctors my kids have had. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Great visit!
Dr. Levin listened to my concerns related to my son's visit. I was reassured with expertise of the physician.
My experience with Dr. Levin was great like it always is with both of my children. We've been seeing him for 10years now.
Dr. Levin made me feel dumb for my concerns. My childs behavior was out of the ordinary for him so we had a legitimate concern that got brushed aside. I understand that he knows more than me about my childs medical needs but I should never feel stupid for bringing my child in for a concern that I have.
Dr Levine was very thorough and excellent bed side manners with both my son and I.
He was fun & made my child laugh
Dr. Levin has been a great physician for all three of my children. Would recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Levin was great at explaining everything about the flu and what to do to help my sick child get better fast.
Very happy with our visit. Dr. Levin was very thorough and we didn't feel as though our appointment was rushed.
OfficeStaff did a flu swab and a strep swab on my son, when the doctor gave me the results he only told me that the strap swab was negative. I asked what the results of the flu swab were and he said they did a flu swab? oh that will be negative. he walked out of the room and came back in and said my son tested positive for influenza B. He said he would not be treating the flu because I didn't bring him into the office soon enough. Thursday, the day of our visit, was the first day my son had flu symptoms (chills, fever, headache, etc) The doctor made no recommendations as far as fluids, diet, or anything of that nature. He also never told us how long to keep him out of school but did give us an excuse just for the days that he had missed and then added the following day but never verbally told me how long he should stay away from school. I felt like I was a nuisance to the doctor. I am an RN but never told the MD that and I know the treatment for my son but what about the people who are not medical? The only thing that we gained from this visit was a positive flu diagnosis and a school excuse, which I did not need the doctor to do.
the wait time was long
a fair amount of time was spent with my daughter however I don't feel that I was taken seriously and moreso that I overreacted.
We love Dr. Levin and he has helped us through so much-we are very lucky to have him and the staff at the Jefferson office. so glad we chose CCP!
Dr. Levin, listens, explains, and is very kind. He takes great care in my sons health.
Love our primary doctor and other doctors that sometimes see my son when he is sick.
Dr Levin has been my child's Dr since day. Always satisfied.
all persons involved at this office were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions completely.
I gave a rating on poor for some of these items because I had to take my child back to after hours doctors office a few hours after my original visit with CCP because noticing more decline with my child and a red swollen throat that was not brought to my attention in original visit to CCP even though doctor had looked at my child's throat. I was concerned that she may possibly have strep. At her second visit, they said she had crackling sounds all throughout her lungs and sent her for chest X-ray to confirm whether she had viral pneumonia or bacterial pneumonia to know whether to put her on an antibiotic. They were able to confirm it was viral pneumonia. These items should not have been overlooked by original doctor a few hours prior as he listened to her lungs as well. I feel doctors should listen to moms, dads, caretakers, etc. better because we do know our children better than they do and if they took the time to listen and do a thorough exam. Then we wouldn't be inconvenienced and having to go to the doctors twice in one day to find out what is wrong with our sick child. I am highly considering changing providers because this happens much too often.
We have been seeing Dr. Levin for 9 years and he is always kind, respectful, and goes out of his way to make myself and my children feel comfortable. He has always been a great pediatrician!!! Front office staff is awesome as well.
