Everything went well.
She was helpful and kind, easy to understand. Worked well with our son and gave us options.
excellent service & care provided
Dr Larissa was so great with my son, she was patient and kind, listened to him and us and gave us great take home information.
very present experience. the nurse I can't remember her name was so cheerful and pleasant. the doctor was very nice. and the x ray guy was very nice considering my grumpy little guy.
Larissa was very patient and reassuring with us and provided helpful information. She also double checked with the Dr on what plan she had in store for Eric and called us to advise. This was very helpful and put our minds at ease that we are on the correct path to healing.
Great! thank you!
Nurse Zeli was excellent. She explained where my child's finger is broken, how long it would take to heal, and what kind of activities he could and could not do. She even told us to go to the Occupational Therapy section to get a splint for him.
excellent experience! all of the staff were wonderful with my child in reducing her fear and anxiety at the office.
This was an excellent experience. Everyone was amazing!
Dr. Zeli was very helpful and professional during our appointment.
The doctor and xray technician were very friendly toward ne and my high engery child!!
She was very helpful when I needed to get a Dr note for my son to get a scribe for the PSSA testing in school since he broke his dominant wrist.
Larissa is really great, kind and knowledgeable. The visit this survey is asking about may have started a little later than it should have but I'm sure things happen. With our first visit there was practically no waiting. The only thing I could suggest is that a little more time be spent going over the care for a cast since I left a little unsure.
Larissa was very nice and very helpful and she was very compassionate with my son. I truly appreciated how kind she was with my son
I liked her. She was very fit and healthy looking and looked very smart and seemed to care about my childs arm the same way I did.
Was very kind, explained what happened to my son's arm, showed him and I his xray, set expectations for future visit.
very pleased with the courtesy and service of the staff. Allso on time service was well appreciated showing respect for my time Thank You
